I logged on to my credit Karma account and noticed I had a new report added. It said I opened it on 3/11/2021 and it was place for collections 3/19/2021. Only card I opened recently was credit one. This was opened in February. That company is the only card company that I have. I called them and no past due balance, no payment due for another 2 weeks and stated no reason to place in collections when payment isn't due. This F&F Management Company has to be a scam. Guess they hacked into credit karma

I also received notification on credit karma that F &F Management was added on to my credit. Showed that I opened it on 3/11/2021 and that it was placed for collections yesterday. Called credit one since I opened the account the beginning of this month. And I don't even have a payment due at this time. Only made 1 transaction. I put the dispute in. Called the number (844) and no answer. This has to be a scam. No notice but also if you open an account on the 11th, how can you possibly think you can send it to collections in a matter of 10 days.

I also received a call from a RYAN DUNCAN just the other day and left me a voicemail stating that a complaint was filed against me which requires my immediate attention otherwise it will result in further action taken against me. WTF, just today they’ve already reported it to Credit Karma and dented my excellent credit score (800+) and fell over 59 points since they’ve entered it into collections! No notice whatsoever and I’m not even sure what the heck I’m supposed to have owed or to whom.

Received a voicemail on my office phone stating that I needed to call Ryan Duncan with F & F Management at 1-844-899--4842 regarding a summons. Be prepared to show positive ID when they arrive or I may be arrested." The call came from a cell hone out of Tennessee from 865-343-0970. SCAM ~ SCAM ~ SCAM!

F and F Management left me same message about Credit One which I knew was lie. I purposely asked him if I should pay Credit One directly or pay them. Of course they said pay them. I laughed at him and hung up. And I called them back 20 times in a row just to annoy them. I suggest everyone should repeatedly call them back.

This company called today for my husband. Said he owed for HSBC credit company from 2008. Said got default judgment in 2015. I told him stats were out on this he said not with a judgment. Comes up as spam on my phone. They just trying to get money. I don't believe this account is true.

I'm also having trouble with this F &F management company. On credit karma it says that they reported to TransUnion that I'm in collections for a Credit One card when I called transunion they said there's nothing on my credit report with F and F on it. My guess is they somehow hacked credit karma hoping that I'll fall for it and pay them money to remove the derogatory remark. Don't fall for it.

This company has harrassed me for two weeks with voicemails stating I owe a collection. They placed this collection on my credit account without even hearing from me. They never even sent a letter regarding this issue. This debt was settled in 2017 through another collection company. I have faxed and emailed them a copy of the satisfaction of judgement and they state they haven’t received anything.

This people are down right rude. When you challenge them they state they are going to hang up the phone call. Even though this letter had been stated by the court house they are saying anyone can write a letter..

When I asked how they received my information they stated the collection agency I paid sold my information which is completely false as I spoke to them and they said my debt has been paid!

I have a clean credit report, nothing shows up for collections & he has called twice this morning. My phone never rings because it is showing up as a spam phone call & the number he is calling from, does not match the number he is telling me to call. The number he calls from says Washington, DC...

I received a call stating that they were trying to deliver something to me and were unable. Hold to be connected . I had been getting texts stating the same but did not click on them. Then this American sounding professional male voice comes on the phone to say that they have been trying to deliver a summons to me for court. He then went on to say that there has been a judgement ordered against me . Continued with I owe $265 dollars. He stated it was an old debt. He first said it was from 2015, but then said it was from 20009. Every single question I asked him, he had a reasonable answer for. He claimed he had sent me 3 correspondence in the mail to discuss this and to try to settle on the claim. He said the orginal debt was $789 dollars but with interest and court fees it is now $2651.00. He claimed the debt was from a CreditONE bank. When I said I never had an account with them he said they have hundreds of credit cards like home depot and macy. However, i have good standing with them. When I said why have I never got any creditors trying to collect the debt in 11 years, he claimed that they had been contacting me and it goes through 3 collection agencies before it gets to him. He is the legal department of this company. When I asked for the company name, he did not come up on Google, however when he gave me the exact web address an very nice website came up, but said nothing about collections. I asked why this is not on my credit report and he claimed they were about to add it. Which makes not sense. He put me on hold and came back and said that he spoke to his manager and they would be willing to settle as requested in writing (but I never got any of their letters). If I paid $651 today, they would not take me to court and they would accept it as full payment. They emailed me a nice letter through docusign, (very official), letter dated June so that the appeal period was over due. He had a women's voice answer the phones and put you on hold. He told me I could speak to anyone in the office (even though his voice is on the voicemail and on the intial dial up) He claimed it wasn't his voice but it was. He answered the next day and pretended he did not remember talking to me for one hour! I told him that I need to know that this is not a scam and that I needed time to do my due diligence and make sure this is really something that I owe. He said and quote "people that are scamming ask you for your information, they don't have your information , ) and then went on to state my full social security number, address and birthdate. This really scared me!!! and still does!

I called Credit ONe and I never had an account with them. They assured me that this was not a debt I owed them. He stated hat once it goes to legal departments it disappears from the Creditors website. However, the credit card company stated they would have record of me having a card with them. I contacted an attorney and he stated there was not judgement against me. He stated that the address does not exist and showed me a picture of a strip mall where the office is supposedly . The attorney said that there were a few businesses with that name but none of them had a legal or collections department. I called the guy back the next day and said I consulted with and attorney and he tried challenging me to say have have my attorney call his attorney. I asked for his email to send a letter of appeal which his letter said we had the right to and that then they have to disclose more information. He said don't bother we are not accepting. I said your letter says I have 30 days . He said letter was dated JUne 3. I said my attorney has proof it was time stamped on August 25 the day before. He got angry, called me a liar that I don't really have an attorney and hung up on me. I sent in my letter of dispute. I am very scared that this person went to extreme lengths to scam me, that he will try to do more damage since he has my information. These scammers are big business and cause for a great deal of fear in these times.

This company called and said I had a judgement against me for an old credit card. They said notices were sent to be that I have ignorded. I never received anything from this company. I also never had a credit card with the company they named.I called the credit card company and they ran my social and said that I never had a card with them. I've talked twice with this collection agency with this info but they continue to leave messages about this.they have been very rude and threatening I've looked this company up and could not find any info on them.they said on the message left that these legal papers they have sent me were returned to sender but when I questioned them they had my correct address and refused to send me any more correspondence because they said I already got it,which completely is opposite to what they said.I don't know if they have contacted any one else but it really sounds suspicious to me.said I could settle with them for half owed, which I didn't do.
