Type of a scam: Online Purchase

I purchased Apple Air Pods for $128 on exmeshops.com but never received the product. I researched them online when I didn't receive the Air Pods, and found this company reported on many scam sites! The address their website lists is an old strip mall that they never were a tenant of. Their phone number doesn't work and if you email the company email at [email protected], it will bounce back to you. I paid for the product thru PayPal and my money went to some guy named Vo Thi Thu Hien. They "sell" electronics on their website but it's all fake. They offer prices a little under retail which lures people in. I should have known it was too good to be true. After my purchase, they sent me a paid invoice but that was fake too - just to make me think it was a legit purchase at first.
