Senior with cancer, never got my order

I'm a senior with cancer and I never got what I paid for. I have trouble sleeping and was told this would help so I placed an order. I tried calling exhalewell Numerous times, all I got was a recording and I emailed them MANY times. HORRIBLE customer service. They replied ONCE by email saying if I got a case number from PO they would refund. I did that and sent it to them. NO REPLY! The USPS said they don't have the package, DHL said they don't have where is it? I now realize there is no way I can get my money back and I don't have the energy to keep fighting this. I just want to warn others to do business with a better company. We reap what we sow. Karma.

Disposable vape had no effect at all and caused me to have chest pain.

I ordered a Jack Herer disposable vape from Exhale Well on the 13th of February. It arrived on the 22nd of February. I was excited to try it. Upon trying it, I felt absolutely zero effects. I’m not a novice to delta 8. I’ve been using it for about a year to help with pain from an ankle injury, and for sleep. Not only did I feel absolutely zero effects, but each drag I took produced chest pain that lasted no longer than 15 minutes. I didn’t experience this with other disposable delta 8 vapes. Every other vape I have used kicked in within a minute, and produced no chest pain. I contacted Exhale Well by email and they never replied back. This company needs to be investigated. I will be contacting the attorney general’s office of California. I suggest everyone else do the same. God only knows what they’re putting in their products. Their delta 8 disposal vape had no effect at all and gave me chest pains. The worst part is they make you wait 30 days before they even process a refund. No other company I’ve dealt with in my life has ever had a refund policy like this. There’s only two reasons I can think of for this. They deposit the money in their bank immediately and want to make as much interest as possible before refunding the customer, or they hope that after 30 days the customer just gives up and let’s them just keep the money. Those are the only reasons I can think of for this company to have such a ridiculous return policy.

I purchased a bottle of 25 mg CBD gummies from Exhale.

After consuming one 25 mg gummies I felt drugged / extremely ill for 7 plus hours.

This gummy was laced with some strong drug.

I threw up 6 times. Was very unconscious and could not even call 911 bc I felt completely out of it. Confused, dizzy, body felt numb, psychotic breakdown. This lasted for 7 plus hours. Next day felt sick from the previous day, took a while to recover.
