I received a item that was not what I ordered and contacted the company’s email. Someone got back to me and told me there is no refunds only exchange or store credit. They asked for pictures for proof and I sent them multiple pictures and a detail description. I haven’t heard back even after messaging them in all of their platforms / sites.
