I’ve received multiple calls over the last two years. “Miss franklin” calls and knows all this info about me and then suggests very aggressive how I am in debt and going to be taken to court. I am to pay now. This is the typical call. Today’s was different. Before she could pull me up, she shared that I was being taken to court. (I believe the system automatically called me and I asked who she was before she knew who I was). She got defensive and In turned raised her voice. I ended up hanging up on her as she began threats of court action. I called back and was hung back up on as I was trying to find out who they were. If I truly had a debt, wouldn’t they answer me?! Other names I spoke to or got a voicemail from: Debra smith and Anthony philips. I waited a while and called again and inquired as to the name of the company, they didn’t want to answer. I asked if they were based out of Atlanta GA. She hung up on me.

they somehow are calling people with dept that you have settled from many years ago, and claim you owe it and they are taking you to court unless you pay it now. I am not sure where they get the information but they actually had my wife's SS # and birth date and everything, but they knew nothing of the past debt they were trying to threaten us into settling TODAY, right now, not in 30 minutes or anything. it has to be now or they will see you in court next week they claim. the past dept was one my wife had many years before we were married and one we settled about a yea before we got married. so we are talking about 15 years ago. They at first were claiming it was $48k while on the phone with my wife. then when i called them back, they changed it to 2800 based off something my wife had said and they were trying to get me to settle it for her. and they would take 650 right now if i would give them access to my bank account to get it. It was all very laughable to me because they broke so many etiquette and laws that debt collectors have to follow. Had the nerve to say they would see us in court next week then. Way to many things wrong with all of this to explain. but if you get a call from this company please make sure you know your debt and who is handling your debt and don't send this company any money.
