I ordered on 5/5/2020 face masks (buy 3 get 1 free) and have heard nothing from them. Trying to contact them has been a waste of time. They did get their money, and now there's no communication at all. If there was a way to get the order I would love it . The comments for them now is that their SCAMMERS. At this time when every one is to wear a mask to run into this is really discusting.

I placed my order on May 2, 2020 and I was charged on my Mastercard. I have tried several times to contact them as to when my order will ship with no reply. I just went on there website and it is shut down! Will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I bought 3 masks fro. Everlasting Pup on May 9 of which they were showing a 2-4 day ship time. I used their contact form 3 separate times, starting on May 18, asking for my masks or my money back, and the website stated I would be contacted in 24 hours. I was never contacted, never received the masks, and definitely no refund. Today the site is no longer available.

I ordered 2 face masks on May 16 from a company that was being advertised on Instagram. I chose this company because they stated the shipping would only be 5-7 business days. I recieved an email verifying receipt of order with link to "view your order" and/or "visit store". I was able to check my order status/visit website a few days after submitting order bit when I tried to check again on 5/22, the website was gone. There is a Facebook page for Everlasting Pup bit it contains the same contact information ([email protected]) and link to their website which is no longer available. Upon further research, I discovered another Facebook page for "Everlasting Puppies" online store which is very similar, offers the same services and products but the website is no longer available. The customer reviews on this Facebook page all discuss the same issue I am having, ordering items and not receiving the product. I also noticed The Facebook page for "Everlasting PUPPIES" states that it is based in Colorado. The company that I ordered from, "Everlasting PUP" is apparently based out of Washington, per the location listed on my credit card charge. I am 100% convinced that I have been scammed, as well as many other people. I have contacted them via email and Facebook Messenger, with no response.

I ordered three face masks (and an additional free one) on May 8. On May 9, $26.47 was debited from my bank account. I received an email confirming my order. Over a week later, I was curious about the status of that order, so I attempted to contact the company with no luck. I am getting a message the shop is "no longer is available". I went to their FB page to post a comment and could do so as of May 20. By May 21, the option of leaving comments was removed. I sent two FB messages. I got the message "This person isn't available right now". I have now reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I have also reported them to FB but the page is still up and advertising. SCAM

Order placed on website for 3 dogprint face masks. Sent email asking where shipment is; never heard back from seller. On May 22, 2020, disputed payment with Bank of America, who had processed the payment. Bank of America gave me credit of $26.47 on May 23, 2020. This is apparently a scam website. Why BOA lets Everlasting Pup use their payment is a mystery to me! Why wouldn't they shut this site down?

I ordered in good faith from this company a face mask needed to return to work. I have emailed, messaged and no response. It has been a month now, guess I've been scammed! But they sure didn't forget to charge my credit card before they took their business off the internet and the website is no longer available. By the way the site said shipped in 2 to 3 days and all emails and messages are answered within 24 hours, since employees are working from home, they must be on an extra long lunch or break, since I've been trying to reach them over 2 weeks. Beware!

This company has SCAMMED numerous people. Please contact your bank, credit card, or paypal for a refund, be sure to mention scam/fraud in your request. Also report them to the WA BBB, WA Attorney General, FBI Internet Crime Division, and Shopify which is the platform they operate under.

I ordered from the company on May 6th and received an email that they were getting my order ready to ship and I would receive an email confirmation. On May 7th, the funds were taken from my account. No order, no response. I reported them to the FBI IC3 (internet crimes) division and the BBB when they failed to respond to emails. I also filed a complaint with my Credit Union and received my money back. Their web page (everlastingpup.com) is no longer up and running. This company is a total SCAM!

I ordered three face masks (+1 free) on 04/26/2020. The funds were pulled out of my account on 04/27/2020. I have never received any merchandise. I have not received an e-mail from the company everlastingpup.com in response to my complaints. However, I did receive an e-mail from a [email protected] that said "Good". This might be related to my complaint that I did not receive the masks. I am just checking to see if anyone else has received such an e-mail. I have now filed a dispute with my bank regarding the transaction.
