Company made surgical masks for purchase with paw print fabric and also a loveable pit bull. I saw they are in the USA and would have my order in a few days. that was 5/&18/2020. $26.47 and nothing came in the mail and this time I did not use Pay Pal. So no mask and no money. this really isn't nice to do

I too have been scammed. I spent $26 and change, got the confirming email and then nothing. They never answered my emails and now the website is gone. I have contacted paypal to see what they can do to get my money back but I have a feeling it's just gone.

Darn! I too was scammed. So sad when people take advantage of you during these stressful times. I was going to order more but I thought I'd wait and see what they looked like. What to do now?

Purchased 5 dog print face masks from everlasting pup website on May 18, 2020.
They informed me that this order was being filled and they would notify me when they were shipping it. Today, May 29, 2020 I received my credit card statement; sure enough everlasting pup billed my credit card but, I received no masks. I could not contact the website. I disputed the billing with my credit card company, however, I'm not sure if it do me any good. They even said they would send me a free mask.

I placed an order on 5/9/20 for the buy 3 get 1 one free masks. Money was withdrawn from my account and I received an order confirmation. As of 5/27/20, I have not received my order. I've tried to contact the company by email, but no response. Can't leave post on FB. I filed a scam report and complaint with BBB. I also filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission.

The masks were so cute, as an animal lover I just had to have a few. Charges made to Visa and of course no masks. Now I am leery of buying from any company on the internet. Local stores have only reusable or plain masks. Can FB be held responsible since it was an ad on their site and no where else. Also saw one the masks I ordered listed under another company name. Makes me think it is the same scammers with a new name.

This "business" popped up on my Facebook page, advertising face masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. I placed an order for three dog-themed facemasks and paid via PayPal. I received a confirmation email from the company for my order and a confirmation email from PayPal that my payment had been processed. After no further information or notification of shipping, I tried to contact the company. Their website no longer exists, and emails to the "support" email address bounce back. I was thoroughly scammed, and I'm really vigilant about stuff like this! It looked completely legit.

Wow! I'm not the only one to be scammed. Ordered because they advertised "2 - 4 day DELIVERY." That was on May 8, and it's now the 26th. Plus, they've ignored 2 emails requesting status. They were very efficient in processing my payment right away. Contesting this with my credit card company.

Complaint against EverlastingPup.com. I placed an order on 5/16 ($10.49). #10481. Item was to ship in 2 to 3 days. To date have not gotten order. Tried going to website and it no longer exists. Further read and see that several people were scammed by this "company".
