Online Retailer Scam

I purchased Montessori blocks from Everized for my 1 year old almost 1 month ago. When I realized that the blocks would not arrive in time for his birthday (they hadn't even shipped), I contacted the company to cancel my order and request a refund. They responded and asked my reasoning for cancelling which I gave and then rather than giving the refund, shipped the order instead. At this point, I had done some digging and discovered that this "company" is not based in the US and sells cheap, faulty products that do not match the item descriptions. Fortunately, I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. Do NOT purchase anything from Everized!
