Ordered suits from Ericdress.com, got a fake tracking number and no refund

I had ordered my husband and my suit from these [censored] baggs at Ericdress.com. It was supposed to be delivered 1 week before my wedding thank God for amazon and our friend or we would have been married in casual clothing. I had spent $135.00 dollars on these suits and what do I get oh we sent it gave me a fake tracking number and then when I asked for my money back starting the day after my honey moon they hit me with the oh we can only issue you half the refund and then they say the refund was sent and nothing of course. So fast forward to today almost 2 years later and still waiting on that refund. So I go online to that site and I still hav the account but when I go to my orders there is nothing there no recent orders no orders have been made from my account on their website and I tried to contact their customer service at [email protected] and I gave them my order number doesn't exist. Why is that.????
