I really wanted this pillow having spine injuries. Ordered on 12/4 and the day before yesterday realized that it still has not arrived. Went to the website and it was still there, and then read a scam report that it is not entirecomfortpillows.com from whom I ordered the pillow, the real company is entirecomfortpillow.com. The real website was up the day before yesterday as well. When I went to the bank today to file the fraudulent sale so I can get refunded the money, I tried to pull both websites up to show them and they are both gone. My understanding is that the real company is going through some legal stuff over this scammer who pulled a real fast one by simply adding an "s" on pillow. Quite clever of him and usually they are not very smart in my opinion. I think it is sad that the real company has to be dealing with this, as they are as much a victim as we are, and it is sad that the real company is now gone due to this as I would still like to have the pillow. I have a feeling another scam site with this pillow will pop up and my lesson is to always pay via Paypal or a pay source that provides support and restitution, which most scammers avoid. Better yet, stick to buying on Amazon as just about everything being sold on the web can be found on Amazon, just shop safe. Be careful around holidays as well, any holiday, the worst scam I dealt with was a Halloween item that did not exist, they stole the photos and video of a life-sized bubbling steaming cauldron from Wicked Makers on Youtube (they show you how to make the Halloween props which are awesome!) and were advertizing the cauldron as a factory produced shipped product. They would even send a miniature dollar store plastic trinket cauldron with red felt in it to try to prove they shipped you something when you filed a fraud sale. I got my money back but these scammers are abundant and they are ruthless, so again just shop safe.

Took my money right away on December 2nd, never heard a word from them after they sent me a bogus order number.. there [censored], totally wrecked Christmas for my disabled wife.. $40.00 I hope they rot in the bellows of hell.. dirty [censored]

I order the Entire Comfort Anti-Pain pillow at the end of November. Received an email with an order number only and linked it to my Shop account on December 7. I have never received any tracking information. I have emailed them 4 times, and these dirty rotten mother[censored]ers have stolen my money. I hope they get caught!

I ordered this pillow on Nov 28th which was to ship in 24 hours. I've emailed almost daily since the week before Christmas trying to find out where my order was. I got one sorry for the delay blaming the post office when it had never their shop. Since I've gotten two emails out of the dozens I've sent saying they were going to investigate the matter. NOTHING. Just refund my money at this point, I had to go buy a different Christmas present since they don't know how to do their jobs. SCAM!

I ordered on November 15,2021. kept sending emails because it was almost Christmas and my 2 pillows were not delivered yet. So I guess they never will be..How do these people get by with doing this to people?

I ordered these pillows November 27, 2021. I requested seven times updates on shipping and I am being ignored and none of my emails are being answered.. This place is a complete scam!

I order on December 5th, money was taken immediately and I received what I thought was a order number. It never arrived, I checked my order number on their website and it shows no such order. I have sent several emails, now I see from reading several complaints that the email contains an s at the end so I as well have been scammed. I will try to ask my bank to dispute the charges and file a complaint.

I purchased online and immediately money was withdrawal from my account. When after a month no email nor product I emailed the company with a sceenshot of order and conformation. In response this was what was received :Unfortunately entirecomfortpillows is a fake website. You will never get your order or see your money back. Thats why they offering it cheaper and have deals that are not real.

We the Original company is called entirecomfortpillow, without an "s" at the end. They have using similar email adresses and we are dealing with a lawsuit about fraud.
Please contact your bank to block this transaction, as a fraud

I ordered my pillow on November 27, 2021. They took my money but haven't sent my pillow. They won't answer my emails and when I try to track my order number it says I have the wrong number.

Unfortunately entirecomfortpillows is a fake website. You will never get your order or see your money back. Thats why they offering it cheaper and have deals that are not real.

Like the others I ordered in the end of November and still nothing. I did get one response that they were investigating. I reached back out saying 14 days on top of the month already waiting is not satisfactory. I want a refund! Complete and utter BS!

I ordered and paid for body pillow from FB ad beginning of December 2021. I have emailed the company to inquire about order a few times with no response.

At this time, I think the ad was a scam and am registering a complaint.

I ordered my anti-pain pillow on November 16, 2021. I have never received any shipping information. I have emailed them twice with no response. I'm calling my credit card company tomorrow. So angry! I have fibromyalgia and am in pain when I try to sleep. I hope they get caught!

Ordered the pillow 5 weeks ago was told it would be shipped out in 24 hours... To date the tracking shows my order sitting in Jamaica NY and it has been there since Dec 19... Emails complaints get the same responses. "We apologize...". . My advise avoid this company.. scam

I have had the same experience as everyone on this site.
I ordered an Anti Pain Pillow on Nov 17, 2021. They immediately billed my credit card. I got charged a foreign transaction fee and received an email saying my order was being prepared. 5 weeks later, there are no details on my order. And the company will not answer emails, and don't take phone calls. This company needs to be investigated ..and shut down. Huge scam.

I ordered, as a Christmas present, a pillow on November 28th. Like those listed above I cannot get any information in regards other than their instant charging to my bank card. I have turned this over to my loss prevention as a fraudulent scam so hopefully I can redeem the $50 spent.

No answer back, ..and cashed my money immediately.

I have been waiting 5wks for these pillows. They do not respond to emails and when I try track it says I have the wrong order number. 79.00 what a scam. You can't contact them on website it says it is not working. Please don't order from them. I foolishly used a debit card instead of a cc. Will never do that again.

I have a similar situation going on, my poor mother used this site to buy me a pregnancy pillow. The tracing information is vague... it’s been a month and no product. They don’t tell you the shipping company or number

. Extremely/elderly sad if they are scamming sick people. Very close to reporting them for fraud!

My daughter sent me the website for EntireComfort Pillow, thinking the product would help me sleep better. It is described as an anti pain pillow. I placed an order on Nov 12, 2021 for 1 pillow @ $39.95. They billed my credit card immediately & I haven't heard any more from them. I sent 3 emails asking for an update on my order and did not receive any response. I did contact my credit card company to issue a complaint regarding this purchase. They are issuing the credit, but will further investigate.
