First, let me apologize for the issues you are having, I can assure you we are not here to play any games and we really want to get this issue resolved as much as you do, maybe even more than you do. Now, the email address that was sent to you by the previous agent is to make you aware of what email your check is being sent from, also I am attaching a picture of what your check looks like below, now the email with your check has been sent for a 4th time, and your maintaining that you have not seen this email, I am very sure if you double-check inbox or spam, you may come across it there.

However, if it is still a case you insist the email is not there, that says " Paynote" and "seamlesschecks.com" please provide us with another email address or an email address that is associated with a PayPal account, this way with PayPal, your email confirmation comes directly from them, you need to also ensure that your mailbox is not full, as this can cause the emails being sent to not come into your inbox.

Please review the email and get back to us so we can have this issue resolved ASAP!!!

NOW, I AM TRULY UPSET.....I MADE SURE I CHECKED ALL MY SPAM MAIL AND TRASH OVER 1,334 E-MAILS AND NOTHING FROM YOUR OFFICE.

I completely understand, In the previous email that the agent sent you on 11/16/2022, she stated that while issuing the refund it was declined, Normally when that happens we go ahead to offer two choices Paypal or a virtual check. And the reason for that is once a customer no longer uses a card that they use to place an order the system won't allow us to add a new card.

It me again. As you know, I have requested my $194.00 refund and I still have not received my funds. In my last e-mail, I stated "this is not going to go away". My next step is to file through the credit card agency of fraud charges to my visa card.

I have been truing to get my refund since Oct 2022.
