I have ordered something from this company and they have not send me anything over a month ago and i have tried to reach them but only get that they will ship soon but it does not happen

This company “Energy Fit” is not a real business. I bought two pair of leggings from them. After four days I still hadn’t received a tracking so I contacted them and received this message,

“I completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the delay. We were a bit backed up on orders but they are shipping out as of Monday. We are hoping to get caught up by next week. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it ships.



After that, I contacted them four more times and they never got back to me! Three weeks later I still hadn’t received a tracking number or the merchandise I ordered. They stopped all communication with me and still got their money! Be careful DO NOT purchase from this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings... recieved an order confirmation, they took my money, but have not sent me a confirmation of when they will be delivered... they will not respond to my multiple emails asking for my money back... they are SCAMMERS

After investigating your order, during the time period it was purchased, there was a high demand in orders which caused a production back log. This didn't affect all customers - only in some very limited cases.

If you have any issues with sizing, want to return for a full refund, we’ll provide you with a prepaid tracking label and you’ll be able to return the package back to us and we’ll provide you with anything you need - just email us at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a prepaid label.
