Ordered 2 pairs of tights 5 weeks ago and received tracking number but it has been pending for 2 weeks! I’m assuming Australia post hasn’t even received the items yet as they have never taken this long to process an item. I believe this website is a scam and I have sent multiple emails to them and either I don’t get a reply or nothing happens or I get a “ticket number” saying someone will get back to me but never does. If anyone else see’s this I will be taking legal action against this company in a fortnight if anyone wants to join!

I have to say I DEEPLY REGRET ordering from this website! I was super excited to get my first order of leggings until I pulled half of them out of the bag and they were already damaged. When I asked for a credit they did not give me a credit back onto my credit card, instead they gave me an instore credit. It took me awhile to reorder from this company again and I had a credit on file of over $100. The merchandise I reordered unfortunately was never received, yet the shipping’s tracking shows delivered. After reaching out to the company via email multiple times with no response back except for a ticket number. I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. Now out of the blue, a month and a half later, I get an email from the company asking why I would dispute the order. I explained I never received their orders they shipped to me and that not one person responded to any of my emails regarding the orders until I disputed the transactions a month and a half later. After that correspondence I heard nothing from the company. They never tried to even rectify the situation. Instead they appeal the charge back I issued from my company and get their money back off of the tracking numbers showing delivered. However, I never received my merchandise that I paid for. I have paid for merchandise I NEVER RECEIVED! Isn't that theft?
Do yourself the biggest favor. Save yourself the headache. There are other companies with way better customer service and way way better quality of leggings. I will be posting my reviews on their webpage and on Google with the quality they send and expect for you to pay for. DO NOT ORDER from this company! Heed the warning. The customer service is horrible and seems the product is cheaply made it falls apart before you can even put them on. If the product was sent to me I would be just fine however, I never got my leggings and I spent over $150 due to the credit on file, and I also wanted to try out some other styles hoping for better quality. I can’t rate those leggings as I never received the merchandise I am paying for.

My daughter scammed out of an Xbox one . They are stealing UPS tracking numbers. Someone shut this company down!

I placed an order for 60 bulks and all I get is a email.. And a bull[censored] number to kall...
Do not I repeat DO NOT ORDER [censored] FROM THEM!

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. I have made multiple attempts to contact them regarding an order I placed nearly a month ago, after paying for priority shipping. The phone number either doesn't work or just dumps you into a voicemail box, and no one ever calls you back. The email only sends back canned responses, no one ever contacts you about your order. I filed a complaint with BBB, along with a lot of other people that have been ripped off.
Buyer beware.

This company cannot keep up with the demand or is mismanaging money. I have made multiple contacts by email, web form, and voicemail. They do do respond.

It’s because they have one person in customer service. Either that or every single person that responds is named Stephanie. I’ve been waiting for my items for four months now... pretty sure I’m just gonna have to call the bank and file fraud charges over leggings how ridiculous can you get, but what else can I do I’m not just gonna forget they took my money.

Before the transaction got cleared I could click on view your order or visit our store and I could see the pending transaction. However, when the funds got cleared and I click on view your order it says oops something went wrong.

I purchased a pair of leggings and the tracking info said they were "returned to sender". I contacted the help line and a lady "sent me a replacement pair". I never received any tracking information on that pair. A second lady after I reached out again said they have an influx in orders and I would receive it but it would be delayed. Here we are 34 days later and I still haven't received anything I've paid for OR a replacement pair. Now they won't return any of my email when asking for a refund.

Absolutely terrible company. They took my money and still have not shipped my order after 3 weeks. I have e-mailed them five times and called five more time and have not gotten a response. Terrible company, well not even a company. They are internet scammers

On are about 9/16/2019 I placed an order from Energy fit wear I payed for express shipping on are about 9/18/2019i haven't gotten my order so I emailed the company some guy answered me back saying he is one of the owners he said he was going to check on my order then he said there was a back log of orders he said I would get my order in a couple of days well I didn't so I tried contacting them again from 9/19/2019 until 9/26/2019 because I still haven't received my order yet and they are ignoring me now from 9/19/2019 until 9/26/2019.

I have ordered something from this company and they have not send me anything over a month ago and i have tried to reach them but only get that they will ship soon but it does not happen

This company “Energy Fit” is not a real business. I bought two pair of leggings from them. After four days I still hadn’t received a tracking so I contacted them and received this message,

“I completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the delay. We were a bit backed up on orders but they are shipping out as of Monday. We are hoping to get caught up by next week. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

After that, I contacted them four more times and they never got back to me! Three weeks later I still hadn’t received a tracking number or the merchandise I ordered. They stopped all communication with me and still got their money! Be careful DO NOT purchase from this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings... recieved an order confirmation, they took my money, but have not sent me a confirmation of when they will be delivered... they will not respond to my multiple emails asking for my money back... they are SCAMMERS
