I ordered a pair of pants from this company online and when my product did not come after about two months, I started to contact them not one email has been returned to me with a answer about my questions and when you call the company you just get directed right to voicemail and there is no one there. I never received my product and the reviews on their website are seemingly fake because I have friends who never received the product either.. their reviews are high on their website but if you look elsewhere online, the reviews are very very low, saying the same thing I said , thank you very much

I ordered two watches. The mailing address was wrong. I immediately tried contacting them through email and chat. Never received an answer. The product was returned to sender because of the wrong address. I haven't received any information about a refund or sending me the product to the correct address. This has been a month ago. It's now June 2023

I Ordered Leggings in March and this is May, 2023 and have never received! No one at the company will respond to my em!ails

Myself and a friend both separately purchase a pair of leggings from this website on February 24, 2022. After a while of us not receiving leggings or tracking, we reached out to customer service multiple times never getting anywhere. They now email us several times (separately) stating the address is invalid or they’re out of stock. You provide a different color option then they repeat the address is invalid. So we provide a secondary home address, all valid addresses that we get shipments to daily. They never resend or attempt to resend anything, there is never any tracking. They just take your money. I’ve now come across their social media is filled with comments of the same situation.

You buy a product, they take your money, and they never ship anything. The need to be prosecuted for stealing from people. WTF has happened to this country when thieves are allowed to steal from anyone.

I placed an order - reached out to them when the order never came in - they emailed claiming the order was on its way even provide they typical tracking email with a tracking that did not work - kept saying the order was coming - then had the nerve to send an email asking me to evaluate the product I ordered when they know I never received anything from them. Thu en the broken English emails started with them trying to say how they value their customers and asking me to click some link in their broken English email - NO, no more hoaxes - enough. Needless to say, I lost $83 and never received the fleeced lined leggings I ordered for my trip.

Unfortunately the same as many above. Stay away from this company. Horrible quality. Took forever to get the items ordered. Would not give me a refund for the items purchased. Won't return calls or emails. Tried to launch an investigation with my Paypay account and got no where. I am now out $50. This company is terrible to work with as I called the number listed on website- no help.

Ordered eight items FOUR months ago and still waiting to receive two of them. The ones I did receive we’re not good quality, but at least I received them. At this point I have emailed them a total of SIXTEEN times, absolutely zero response as to any information about what is going on with my remaining items. When I search the order on the website it says that order does not exist which obviously it does considering I have a screenshot with an order number directly after placing the order, not to mention a bank statement. I just want the items or a refund and frankly at this point I’d just happily except an email with any information. After four months it’s seeming like a lost cause and I’ll probably have to call my bank and file fraud charges, just to get my money back- I don’t know what else to do.

No apology, explanation or refund!!

A big fat nothing!!!!

They are real good at blaming others for you not receiving your order!!

Read the reviews!!! They have not taken responsibility ONCE!!! Just keep your money and blame everyone else!

Someone REALLY needs to do something about these scammers other than write reviews!!!

And don’t waste your time writing a review on their website lol because they won’t post it!! Only fake good reviews!

I ordered Jan 15th. I have not received a tracking number. I have called the 1800 number various times and emailed customer care with no response. My total was 78 dollars. I love the pants I just want my product

I ordered compression leggings with pockets in my normal size. I got them after some delay. They were too big, did not fit as snug as even normal leggings. I attempted to get a return/exchange approval but got an error message multiple times. I then attempted to contact the company through their chat option. No response on multiple, multiple days. I filed a complaint with the BBB. So far no response. I just tried the return application again and got approved, but I still want to hear from the company because I no longer have the tags. I also tried calling on two or three separate days. I have also emailed them. It has been 9 days since I started this process.

Shipped all the way to Hawaii and was SUPER FAST! They fit great and are very comfortable! I will be ordering again very soon! My step daughter wants some too! THANK YOU! I was so nervous ordering online without trying them first, but you guys definitely did not disappoint!

I loved these sooooo much and go SOOOOO many compliments I ordered More and even placed another order to get the shorts. They are comfy and fit perfectly!

I purchased 3 items on August 31, 2020. It seemed legit. I researched the website and everything seemed real. I ordered those 3 items and waited for my items. I received a confirmation email and tracking number. I received an email saying it was shipped. I was suppose to get my package in a week. A week went by and I didn’t get it. I emailed them and called them but no response. I tracked my package every day but my package was always in jersey. I even opened a case with the usps and they closed the case. I have been able to get in contact with anybody. I received emails from energy fit wear about discounts and about reviews. I replied to the emails but no response. I have been calling and email every day. It has been a month and nothing!!

I ordered the Waist Trainer and it was advertised for $19.99, but I was charged $29.99.
Do not buy anything from this organization. If something goes wrong, they ignore emails.
They are not accountable for their errors.
Shame on this place.

Not surprised! They did the same to me. I even disputed it with my credit card company and Energy Fit in turn submits the delivery tracking as their proof it was delivered. It was NOT DELIVERED! So in reality they are SCAMERS cuz they take your money and don't try to resend the product so its THEFT!
They seem to think their packages cant get lost in this COVID-19 shipping world. Their customer service sucks and they will continue to ignore you until you dispute it, then you will get a email about a month or two later with a stupid question as to why you are disputing the charge.
Save yourself the time, their product is cheaply made anyways. I am 5'9 and I weigh 160 lbs. I order the Large to XL depending on the pants, and all of them look like the below pictures. Let me mind you, I had just pulled these out of the package. I did send it back to them also, and still no refund even though tracking shows delivered. Don't waste your time or give yourself a migraine. This company is about the money not the customers. Order from a different company NOT this one!

I have not received my order. I purchased 3 items on 4/22/20 totaling $69. 88. I have had several correspondence through email and nothing has been resolved.

This company is a scam, I wish I would have listened to other people before I had to deal with this. This company needs to be shut down. I ordered last week and I have communicated with them via email and social media on multiple attempts and to no surprise not one response. They advertise that they respond within 24/48 hours. I’ve asked them to change my size but they haven’t even responded or updated my order for shipping info. I spent 140.00 with this company. And I will tell all my workout friends never to buy from this company, and they could have had a lot of business just from referrals from me. But that’s dead now.
