I need to report a company called Encoreloan 85 Broad St., New York, NY 10004 – 646-340-5687. I inquired for a payday loan via the internet. They asked for my banking information to do a mobile deposit a check of $711 last Friday/Saturday. 1/20/18, Saturday they deposited a check through my mobile banking. However, it was a US Treasury Check. My bank called me this morning and said that it was a Fraudulent check. My bank account has been closed due to the check Encoreloan deposited into my account. The loan officer went by the name Eric and he has already texted me today asking if the funds appeared in my banking account. The initial loan was going to be $4000 and they told me they needed to verify my account by depositing the $711 initially and they would contact me with further instructions.
