I purchased four swimsuits from this site. I checked the return policy before buying as it is hard for me to find swimsuits and it seemed easy it just says to email to get return label. The suits did not fit and I sent an email and now I’ve gotten the response that it is too expensive for me to return the product because the are out of the country. They said they can offer an exchange and I explained to them that I bought all sizes so there is nothing for me to exchange so I want my money back. I told them that nowhere on their site does it say this is how returns are handled and that is not ok. They need to advertise exactly how returns are handled so people can decide if they want to take the chance and purchase. Now I’m out $132. This is not good business and needs to stop or be changed.
