I was looking for a new puppy and found what I thought was the perfect dog. I made arrangements with the breeder and paid them $800 via Zelle. When the puppy was delivered to the airport I was then hit with a $1500 bill for a special crate for flying which was supposed to be 100% refundable. this transaction was also Zelle but then the flight hit Ohio and all of a sudden, they (Happy Tail courier) were asking for $2350 more to fix paperwork that was not filled in correctly. I completely stopped the transaction but now I am out $2300 and want the world to know. Protect yourself, websites (look) are legitimate.
