I received a phone call from a "Robert Coleman" asking if I was willing to sell my timeshare. I gave him the basic information of what the membership consists of. He called the next day and said he had a buyer willing to pay $27000. I played along and said how about $30000. He called the next day and offered me $32,000. He then sent over a "letter of intent" for me to sign. Today he called and said that he would send over an application for an escrow company "1031 Escrow Services". The buyer will place the money in the escrow account that only I could retrieve. He also said something about a SEV Visa and that it was needed so the government can take taxes from the sale. At this point I blocked the phone number, so he won't continue to call me.
