I'm writing to formally report the domain EmailVerifierPro.app, which appears to be engaging in deceptive or fraudulent practices.
I purchased a service from this domain 12 days ago — an email validation tool — and encountered the following serious issues:
Non-functional product: The tool skipped 100,950 out of 103,407 emails, rendering it effectively useless.
Unresponsive support: I submitted a refund request almost a week ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no reply or resolution.
Broken updates: The product panel prompted for an update, but the process consistently fails with errors.
This behavior suggests either gross negligence or deliberate fraud. I have made every effort to resolve the issue directly with the vendor but have been completely ignored.
Given these facts, I urge you to investigate this domain for violating your acceptable use or abuse policies. It is currently misusing your services to operate a potentially fraudulent scheme.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and let me know what actions will be taken. I’m prepared to escalate this report to ICANN and relevant consumer protection authorities if needed.
