Website offering to sell N95 masks. I placed the order through my cellphone so I didn't do the normal checking I would have done. I ordered 3 masks immediately received a text confirming the sale. After realizing the website was most likely a scam, I emailed EM General to cancel my order 2 days after placing the order. I never received a response. I contacted my bank to stop payment on my credit card but was informed I needed to wait 15 days. Subsequent attempts to contact EM General were met with no response. I finally received an automated email from them on 3-18-20 that shipments were delayed and they started shipping on 3-13-20. I again attempted to contact them by email to find out when my shipment would be received and finally received another automated response indicating shipment was delayed and they began shipping on 3-3-20, a different date than previously represented. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit union on 3-24-20. As of 3-26-20 I still have not received any masks.

I saw an ad for the company EM General when searching for N95 masks on Google. I purchased two masks on 2/28/2020 -- one for $34.99 and received a discount for a second mask for $22.75. I immediately received a message that read: "Thank you for your purchase! Hi *******, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."

On 3/9/2020, I received the following message: "I am Mike T. (CEO EMG) and personally thanks for reaching out, I would like to thank for your interest and purchase with EMG and hope you will find a pleasant experience,

Due to unexpected response and HIGH volume of demand of our mask we are facing a little delay in shipping out your order. However, we are making sure to give you a quality experience.

On 3/18/2020, I received a message that the masks were being shipped, starting March 13:

Greetings, !

We are Excited to let everyone know Inventory is in and we finally started shipping again last Friday March 13, 2020. We are shipping in the order that your order was received. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped so you can track your package to your door. Once you receive that tracking number shipping time will be 6-8 days because of USA regulations on shipping. Thank you for being patient and understanding that this product is in Extremely High Demand. Please do not cancel because you my not be able to get a mask due to other companies inability to get Inventory.

I've just noticed all of the typos in the message. That should have alerted me the company was fraudulent.

On 3/20/2020: I sent a message to the support desk demanding to know if my masks have been shipped. I also threatened to report the company to the Michigan Attorney General or the U.S. Consumer Protection Agency. I also called Em General twice, and I received the following message: "Error 201: We're sorry, you've reached a number is no longer in service or is disconnected." I received a form response that they are on the way.

On 3/21/2020: I sent a message asking for a tracking message. Received the same form letter.

On 3/24/2020: I sent another message asking for tracking numbers for each mask. Received the same form letter.

Today is 3/25/2020: I still have not received tracking numbers. This company is a fraud.

I have had the same experience. Ordered masks 3 weeks ago. Cannot contact them by phone. did get an email that they would begin shipping on March 9. Now March 22, no masks.

Ordered 3 n95 masks about 3 weeks ago. Costs was 134.00. When I ordered, my credit card sent me a scam message asking me if I was sure I wanted to order from this company “possible scam” web site. I ordered anyway like an [censored]. Never got them , never will. My wife is pissed off at me, but I was scared at the time. Please dont order. We all got beat

I ordered 6–N95 Masks on February 28, 2020. They were supposed to be delivered through a tracking email, which I never got. I emailed them on March 1, 2020 to asking about where my order was and how I could track my masks. They emailed back saying my concern was being reviewed. I heard nothing until March 3, 2020 when they wrote, “Dear Customer

I am Champman T. (CEO EMG) and personally thanks for reaching out.“ They proceeded to write all this stuff about the N95 masks and what I can expect. I could tell these were foreigners because the English was very bad. When I head nothing after that I asked again. They responded on March 9, 2020 saying “I am Mike T. (CEO EMG) and personally thanks for reaching out.” They responded with the same information about the Mask saying that the N95 masks will be shipped out March 13th and that I would receive an email, which I have not. On their website www.emgeneral.com there is an announcement saying “Dear Customers, We thank you for your interest and purchase with EMG and hope you will find a pleasant experience, Due to unexpected response and HIGH volume of demand of our mask we are facing a little delay in shipping out your order. However, we are making sure to give you a quality experience.” I tried calling all the numbers I could find including the number on my bank account. There is a voicemail that says we should email with our concerns. The other number is out of order. I emailed them again to say I am going to check with ScamPulse.com and contact my bank.

I ordered 3 face mask to protect my family during coronavirus and I never received the face masks or a refund. They have changed their phone number and they have also taken off the order tracking information. They claim on the website that they have started shipping orders out on the 13th of March and I have yet to receive anything regarding my order. Other than a standard email about coronavirus and asking me to purchase more items from the website.

When I tried to call, I was given an email to send a message but found out the email address given doesn't exist. They took their web presence from the web. I have no way to contact them. It's 3 weeks later and not mask has arrived.

This company is a complete scam. The took my money for mask (75.00). They never sent an order confirmation or delivery date. They did not deliver a product. They will not respond to emails. I have requested my money back. I haven't heard one thing from this company since they took my money.

Company claimed to be selling N95 masks but once ordered no conformation is received and no shipping information is received. Credit Card gets charged though.

Purchased two N95 masks (re: Coronavirus) from this online store and after multiple attempts to contact the company via phone and email, no one responded. The business phone number is not a valid number, the customer service email is also invalid. They stole my money, and now they have my credit card info so I had to cancel my credit card. The names of the executives on the website are fake, and the photos are stock photos that are available all over the internet. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Total scam!!

Purchased two N95 masks  (re: Coronavirus) from this online store and after multiple attempts to contact not one person responded. The business phone number was invalid, customer service email was invalid, monetary information was probably compromised (no issues so far), even received a text confirmation of purchase as well as an emailed receipt of purchase and "would be sent another with a tracking number when available". Its been over two weeks and not one response.. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! they are a scam!

Searched for face masks and this website popped up. I purchased 2 adult N95 masks on Feb 28th for $34.95 each, then got a text I could purchase additional masks at 35% off and I purchased an additional 10 masks. I got two separate tracking orders that say the order is being processed. I sent a complaint via their contact me and did actually receive a response back from "Dennis Rivera" saying due to the HIGH demand there would be a delay in processing. That email response was received on March 4th and I haven't gotten a response to subsequent emails and the phone number on the website is busy. Very upset with myself for falling for this, hoping to prevent others from making the same mistake.
