Ordered a mask and never received it. This go to be a joke, my money went down the drain. I did a on line purchase

Saw their website on March 5, 2020 and I ordered the N95 masks. No confirmation or tracking number. Saw that they would ship out on March 13th. On March 26th, I called and talked with a supposed Customer Service and he told me that it would ship out between March 30-April 3. Never happened. I e-mailed and no response back. I filed a BBB complaint and reported to my bank. I also filed a Federal Trade Commission complaint. Hopefully get money back, but if not, get some justice. Need to report them if you are like me and get them on the radar of the government.

I purchased 2 masks from this company for $65 on Feb 28th. I never received a confirmation email. Multiple attempts to contact have led nowhere. All email replies are auto-filled and their phone number doesn’t work. I’ve noticed many other people reported this “company” also.

This website offered N95 masks. I ordered two for $50 on February 25th. They immediately emailed me and said my order has been placed and should ship soon. Then about a week later they said it's on back order and will take some time but are coming soon. Then they emailed me again in two more weeks and said the exact same thing that it was still on backorder and would still come in and would still ship soon. And then after more than 5 weeks it still has not come in and now they are not responding to my requests at all. After I have dug around the internet it seems pretty obvious now that this is a fraudulent site.

I wish I had checked BBB before ordering 2 masks on 2/29 as I think there was already complaints, so I now add mine. Never received the masks and go the same general emails as replies in other complaints. Don't buy !

Ordered 3 facemasks on 2/28/20 for 69.98. The took the money and never email confirmation number, tracking info or delivered the product. I called and no answer just a voice mail. Sad and pretty low to scam people during a horrific time. I hope the person behinds this company is arrested and charged accordingly.

I ordered a mask on the same day. I did receive a order number and receipt for purchase. I did receive an email that it was going to be shipped on the 19th of last month, I don’t have mask or my money. The shortage is understandable but if you cannot get the product then we need our money back.

Order for N 95 mask was placed on February 25, 2020 and still have not received the product on April 8, 2020.

During the current COVID-19 PPE mask shortage a colleague of mine at City of Hope in Duarte, CA was sent an email to for healthcare workers to purchase masks at a discount. I ordered 13. I was immediately charged, but no order confirmation was received. Over a month later, their website stated delays, and I emailed and called the company multiple times to have someone continue to copy and paste a response unrelated to my questions. After more careful perusing of the website, I noticed many many grammatical errors, and I believe this to be a scam. I never received product and it is impossible to get in touch with the company.

Ordered the masks in the beginning of February and still haven’t gotten the masks. Never got a tracking number. Never got a confirmation email. Nothing. I ordered two masks. I’m so furious because I am immune compromised and can’t be outside without a mask.

Please contact me if you know EM Generals Business Address and/or if you’d like to join in legal again against the company. I’m interested in filing for legal action against EM General and wonder if others want to join me in a class action suit. March 1 ordered masks, loop/generic emails/ zero tracking info . The response to me has been same as all the other people here and BBB. I set up a new gmail for this: [email protected]

Hi there, me again. Here's the update to my earlier share on this site (see link below)... DO THIS -- If you file a report on the BBB website, opening your own case, you will hear from an agent from Homeland Security's Financial Crimes Division, and help to build the case against these crooks who scammed so many people it's not even funny.

And take a look at the comments on this YouTube of a company who assesses scam sites and reviewed EM -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t726w9xyusM -- and my guess is there are many more victims out there.

Also, contact your creditors who accepted the charge for your purchase(s). MasterCard was wonderful & refunded the amount to my account, as I imagine they heard it more than once about these scammers.

Em General is a scam. Call your credit company and do all you can to get your money back. They take your money and never deliver.

Same as everyone above. Never get a response other than a general email saying there is a huge delay due to the virus and they’re starting to ship. I got that one twice now. I have covid19 already so that mask ain’t gonna do me no good now! I called my credit card company a month ago and they issued a temporary credit. Do not buy from this site! Total scam

Ordered N95 3/5/20, never received tracking number, received email saying backed-up orders & being delivered between 3/15 - 3/19, but never received. Wrote again 3/26 & never received response or product. Tried calling & wrote again 4/2 -- then I found the BBB complaint page and now this site... Welp, tell you this much (as people are dropping dead from Covid19) there's a really special place in hell for demons such as this company. This scam move is about as low as it gets. Heathens!

I ordered (4) N95 masks. (over $100.00) with two separate orders on Feb. 28th.

They are unable to fill any of my orders because the demand was so high. They claim. They will not issue a refund. They also claimed some masks were being shipped out March 13th but I did not receive anything. I am in limbo. I could really use the money at this time. I also bought these masks before I realized there was a shortage in the medical field. There is a pandemic crisis and Healthcare workers need the masks more than me and my family. I am sure if this was a legitimate company they would issue a refund. There are so many healthcare workers and individuals who need these items. They would easily be able to sell them when they received them.

I am an elder who has MS. Due to the Coronavirus, I have been socially distancing myself for several weeks. I ordered an N95 mask from the company back in February. NOT to wear as a healthy person. But only if I contracted the virus. I placed the order before I found out that this country is ill prepared for a pandemic and there is an insufficient supply of N95 face masks. I would have cancelled the order, but the company had already processed the order and removed the money from my bank account. I received a confirmation that my order was placed and that there was a delay in shipment but orders would be going out by mid March. I became suspicious when one of the phone numbers listed on an email they sent was disconnected. And no one ever picked up on the other number. I checked with this site - Better Business Bureau and found that others had filed a complaint about non delivery of face masks. I feel foolish and like others, very vulnerable now that I realize I have been scammed. I doubt my credit card company will be of any assistance, but I will contact them to find out if there is anything they can do. Buyer Beware.

I purchased gas masks for $270. They never sent tracking number, so when I reached out to them, they mentioned that the order was on its way. Then when I reached out to them again, they said all items delayed because of COVID-19. Then two weeks ago, I received an email that the shipment was in from Turkey and they were delivering the package. Since nothing in the last two weeks, the phone number on the email was disconnected. I called the alternate phone number on the credit card, and it was a VM saying send us an email. No one answered. I reported this to my credit card company who is now putting in a dispute. If they don't send a tracking number or show it was delivered within 90 days (which is wasn't!), then I will have my money back for good. Call your credit card company. It is totally a scam!

Purchased 2 masks from this vendor. Waited two weeks and then followed up several times with customer service. Never got a personal message about my specific order, only a generic email about shipment delays. When they finally gave the date that products would be shipped, the date past and still no products were delivered. They don’t give refunds claiming the need to purchase the mask upfront.
