Maybe February I ordered and paid for 4 masks and have yet to receive. I have written them and no reply. They should be held responsible for stealing.

I am just now reading these reviews. Unfortunately, it’s a little too late!
My parents, senior citizens on a fixed income, ordered 2 antiviral N95 masks on March 2. The payment was immediately taken from their account. After waiting a few weeks, my mother called. They told her they were back ordered but are in now and will be getting shipped in the next couple of days. They never did receive them. The total was $69.98. The bank said since it is past 30 days, they can not do anything.
So, this is ok? No! My parents need that money for food and prescriptions!
Reading these reviews tells me they are not alone. And these reviews are fr others who got scammed. How many have not written a review? So EM General takes your money with no intentions of producing a product or a refund. That is criminal. I am not finished with them!

I was also scammed out of $174 when I ordered 5-N95 masks. I only get a generic email with my inquiries and the customer service number just rings with no voicemail.

I went to the website from a google search for Fabric face masks. They stated Available and in stock. They took my money out of my bank account right away. I received an email there was a delay once a week passed and the email had a revised timeline as to receiving. The timeline came and went and when I contacted them it was an automated email. I’ve emailed three times and have had no different emails. They are all the same verbiage. So now 1 1/2 months later I am without almost $200 and no fabric face masks. Completely a scam and they probably made a lot of money off so many individuals. Their website is still active and it’s not right.

Placed my order on 2/26/2020 and have yet to receive products or shipping confirmation. Same generic email responses when you contact support and if you can somehow get someone on the phone, they continuously tell you that your order is being shipped out tomorrow and never does.

I called the number the phone rang a very long time when someone finally answered a nan who said his name was Allen Ross told me that my order was being shipped the next day I will see the shipment in my email? Needless to say no email. Don’t Mess With Theses Scammers!?

I ordered N95 masks from this company "EM General" on 2/26/2020 (five orders of total $1,124.62). I have never received any merchandise. I called the company phone many times, nobody ever answered the phone. I emailed the company many times (and canceled my orders), but never received any response. I checked the company website which is no longer active. All the photos they used were fakes. This company is a scam!

Attempted to purchase 4 N95 masks at the beginning of March. Was assured by their response these would be delivered as soon as the company received their shipment from overseas. I emailed them asking for updates and only received a canned response - this happened on two separate occasions, both with the same form letter. I have reached back out to them after nearly 8 weeks, with no masks being shipped or delivered and no response from the "company". I can only assume this was a scan from the beginning.

I ordered 4 masks at $29.99 for each for my family on 2/10/20 it’s 4/13/20 and still haven’t received the items. I’ve called the number they have and left tons of messages and get no response. I’ve also sent them many emails only to get the same automated email back every time

I ordered 4 on 2/23/20. So far, I have only received two delay messages. I called their 1800 number today. The number is a scam. I found their website and tried to logon to check my order. It show my email was not registered. At this point, I believe that it is scam.

As of 4/13/2020, I have not received the masks. I believe that I EM General is a scam and am exploring legal action against the company. Anyone else with a similar experience? Is anyone interested in joining legal action?

I saw an ad for masks on Facebook on Feb 25th and ordered two. The problem is that they took the money and never delivered the product. They sent a generic email saying they were shipping orders but here I am still without my order. I contacted the company asking that they send the product or refund me and I was told they do not offer refunds. This is a scam! Buyer Beware!

I ordered three masks. The total came to $89.95 and it was taken out of my account immediately. I did recieve an order number after I placed the order, but I never got a confirmation email. This was on March 1st. Since placing that order, the company has not responded to any calls or emails. They also updated the site and changed their policies. This company is a scam. If you go on their site now, they took down their product page.
