We needed help with our debt as the interest and payments kept getting larger and we couldn’t get groceries and pay all our debts as they kept raising the interest rates. We reached out to this company to help us pay off the debt and said this in our conversation. Then they tell us after a year of paying them $978 a month that we have to pay them and the creditors and didn’t get our debt reduced at all. They are the same payments we made before we called ELP. We are more in debt now than we were before. We were trying to get our money in order to help our first son to go to college. Now we can’t even help him as we stopped paying creditors as the ELP told us to! We were scammed from the first moment we told them we need help. They now want us to file bankruptcy!
