Yes, My name is ******* ****. I ordered 3 bottles of ejuice liquid from their website. I received a email from [email protected] that my order had been shipped. When you click the link provided in the email it sends you to DeliverOL. I have used several other online vaping stores who have sent packages directly through USPS with signature required. I googled others with the same issue and it is a lot of other people out there that have been waiting months for their order. This to me is a pyramid scheme. When you go to contact DeliverOL it’s always an excuse wait a week. Then reply to the email we sent you. We had to re-sort and reply to this email it’s BS. This company is robbing people of their hard earned money and I am a victim of this as well.

The company misleads the consumer into trusting they are located in the United States and they portray a guaranteed full refund if goods have not been received in 30 days. I have made Multiple email attempts requesting a full refund after my order has not been received after 40 days

Element Vape of California has refused to issue $120+ back to my account after many attempts. I did and do not wish to use their products and services and have not gained anything from them. I've received nothing but auto reply emails from their system. I've been attempting this well into 2 weeks a of 5/10/2016 0800 E.S.T.
