Ordered three items, never received. Payment went to Imedia Advertising Service and Trading Company,LTD

Repeated responses by email from Ecrafta a standard reply that product sent out for production, will notify when shipped.

I saw an ad for t-shirts on my facebook news feed and purchased one. I was charged $13.94 on August 25th and have tried to contact them 4 times since then and have heard nothing back. Now that I've searched for more info I see many others with this same experience sadly.

I found this shop via a facebook ad selling t-shirts with fun outdoor/camping related sayings. I looked the site over, it was a shopify site and it looked really legitimate. I purchased 2 t-shirts worth a total of $24.93 on August 21. I waited for some time and finally after receiving no shipping information after 10 days I contacted them. They got back to me saying my order was sent out for production - it could take anywhere from 2 to 10 weeks to ship. I thought it was a little odd but if it is coming from China, these things usually take quite a while. Here it is over 3 weeks after my purchase was made and the website looks totally different. There are no t-shirts on the site, only quilts. Moreover when I click to view my order it tells me "The checkout page you’re looking for does not exist." I'm going to contact shopify to let them know that this site is fraudulent and I'm going to contact my credit card company to see if I can recover the amount I lost.

I purchased a T-shirt from this company on August 21, 2018 and charged $13.94 to my account. I have not received the product and have sent three emails only to be told that I would be notified when it shipped. In a separate email, I was told that the order could not be found under my name and when I sent the order number, there was no response. I tried to check the website to call and found that it was no longer in service, but now it is showing as a quilt shop.

I placed an order for a few T-shirt’s. It’s been almost 3 weeks and every time I’ve reached out to them they’ve just told me the shirts are still in production and haven’t been shipped yet. They also refuse to give me a refund, saying that that’s against their company policy.
