I ordered 2 king quilts from Amelia quilts back in November of 2018 (Charged by Paypal - Scullmore). I only received ONE of the quilts. The quilts cost $69.95 each. The quilt that I did receive was very thin and made of cheap shiny material. I did not ever receive the other king (bicycle themed) quilt. I placed an additional order for a TWIN "ski themed" quilt for $64.41 on Dec 10, 2018 through Ecrafta (which turns out is the same company as Amelia quilt). I did NOT receive that quilt. I contacted the company using their email and I first received a couple of auto responses on email. I contacted the company a second time in January of 2019 and received a response telling me the quilts were on their way and the company, Ecrafta, provided 2 DHL tracking numbers from overseas. Here was the response, "Thank you for reaching out. Your item was sent out for shipment. You can keep track here: CNCSE3191410444616 and CNCSE3191869058057.

Your package is being transited oversea, that's why it does not show any update on the website. Once the parcel reaches to US, information will be updated." For awhile the numbers had no information updated, and now they don't exist. That was the last contact I had and never received any more quilts. In searching the company, the websites no longer exists.

Mistake was ordering from a Facebook ad October 4, 2018, payment by Paypal. Ordered 2 quilts for $ 160.

I received one (1) quilt, looked like a spray painted drop cloth. Never received the second quilt. Contacted eCrafta customer service numerous times; assigned request numbers, and received an email from “Mariah Garner” twice. I emailed customer service weekly until the site was taken down mid-March 2019.

I ordered a t-shirt from this company on September 30, 2018. I have emailed them many times since then and either have not gotten a reply or been told they’d look into it with no follow up. It is now March 13, 2019z

Saw ad on FB for an owl quilt in August of 2018. Bought it. Took three months to get it. It came from China not Australia like the company's website displayed. It was a piece of garbage and not the quality displayed and advertised. No way to return it because there was not paperwork/invoice in the package. Tried to contact the company via multiple emails with no luck. Tried to contact FB and filed a report with FB claiming this company was a scam and that FB did not do their due diligence in taking advertising dollars for their company. FB failed to protect the consumer and should be held liable. FB never even contacted me after my filing with them. I finally contacted Paypal and they are working to help me get a refund.

I ordered a quilt via e-mail on 12/11/18. My account was charged 12/14/18. I never got the quilt. I sent them an e-mail they responder saying it would be sent late due to heavy volume. I sent them 2 more e-mail in January and February and no response. I'm out the money and no quilt or response.

Purchased and paid for quilt on 12/2/18. Sent email to this company on 1/3/19 asking for status. Have yet to get response.

I ordered a quilt for my granddaughter on 12/5/18 for Christmas. I have yet to receive it. I have received 3 emails that day the same thing, that my quilt is in process and they will send the tracking number when it ships. Since then I have read multiple comments that this company is a scam! I would like to know how to get my money back.

I ordered a baking quilt from Amelia Quilts on December 3rd. I got an email December 10th that it was on its way. I never received it and had email communications with the customer service person on several occasions telling them to cancel my order as it wouldn't be here in time for christmas. I was told continuously that it was in fact on the way. Here we are on January 9th and no quilt and no refund or way of getting in touch to get my money back.

I saw a quilt about redheads. I have several redheads in my life so I ordered a twin size quilt. The money was taken from my credit card on 11/16/18. It said that it would take about 3 weeks to make the quilt. On December 10,2018 I emailed them and did not receive a response until December 24,2018. This was their response when I inquired about when I would receive my quilt:

Ordered 2 queen sized quilts from this company. Since then it has changed names. Goes by Ecrafta, Emmacotton, Emma Quilts. It's very difficult to get a valid email address on them. After a month the quilts never arrived. I sent them 4 emails, 3 went unanswered. Contacted my bank and got a refund on my money. Quilts arrived but were nothing like pictured or advertised. They looked like a 4 yr old child's art project and smelled like mold. Horrible and ugly. There is no return address on shipping bags. I sent email to company telling them I want to return these things. Got no response. Contacted the BBB. They found no valid address for this company. So I will keep these so called quilts in the shipping bags to keep from stinking up the house, for 30 days. After that they will go in the garbage. Big SCAM. Only reason why I did not lose the money is because my bank refunded it. So grateful to my bank.

Ordered a Guitar Quilt on 8/31/18 and as of 1/1/19 have not received it. I have sent ten emails to the person that confirmed my order. I got a computer generated response stating it would be looked into within 24 hours and no other responses after that. I then sent eight emails to another person since I believed all of them to be the same company. No response. I sent five emails to another person with no response. I paid $79.95 for a quilt I haven’t received. I ordered a Hummingbird quilt from Gemmaland for $69.95, same size, on 11/1/18 and received it 12/21/18.

I purchased a quilt from this company on Facebook and have yet to receive it. I have emailed the seller and have not received anything other then stating order shipped. I received a tracking number and called the carrier to inquire where my package was today. They said it shows only that it is in route but hasn't made it to the local postal carrier.

I have sent several emails regarding my purchase, but the only response I get is "Thank you for your order and we will update you within 24 hours". I did receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. when I looked at the email, it says it will come either standard post or UPS. All i want to know is how do i get my money back?

Please provide help

Ordered quilt item arrived not as ordered not quilt. PayPal will not honor refund request because seller refuses to confirm they received return. Seller disappears once they withdrawn money at time of sale. Website changes address does not exist. Scam

I order two quilts through Amelia Quilt.com and then received a email from Joyce Quilt saying Thank you for your purchase! Hi we're getting you order ready to be shipped when it has been shipped you will be notified. The order # was confirmed. This email was on the 5th of December and I have not received the Quilts as of December 20th. I have tried emailing them and it keeps saying that they will get back to me within 24 hours which never happens.

So far nothing has been charged to my visa card.

Ordered the quilt, got a response right away and then after 2 weeks I sent a request and they said they would let me know when it was done and shipping, 7weeks later still no email and they won't return them either have sent several requests for information.

I order two Seattle Seahawks quilts earlier in November for Xmas. Money removed that minute. I received a notice that the quilts will be shipped soon. Than the ads disappear off Facebook and not to be found any where! I tried everything that I could think of. Being retired and funds are very limited, so I have two less gifts. I want my money back and press charges on these people.

Ordered corgi quilt 2708 06 on 9/01/18. Received a confirmation email with a link that worked to verify the order. On 9/03/18 the charge of $79.95 cleared. No addition emails received so contacted them and received a reply email from "Tania" at [email protected] stating, "Thank you for reaching out. Your order was sent out for production, and once it's shipped, we will send you an update email with the tracking number." I've since reached out three more times with no further response. Now the link originally sent no longer works nor can I find ecrafta.com web site.

I purchased 3 items and never received them on August 27th, 2018. I repeatedly email and am getting nasty with them. They sent shipping links from DHL and they were wrong. I contacted DHL and the tracking number went to Illinois and I'm in California. The package per DHL was not in my name nor the Ecrafta as the sending. They flat out lied. They now no longer respond to my emails. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company.

The site supposedly claims to make quilts. And it also says it’s takes 7-10 business days to ship. After a few weeks I started to get suspicious because I heard nothing about shipping. I emailed them and they said the item was sent back for production. I tried to contact them about the item several more times. But never heard anything from them. I started searching what people said about them and learned that nobody ends up actually receiving what they order.

This company advertised quits on Facebook and looked legitimate. I ordered 2 from them in early October and haven’t heard from them since except through a generic email that seems to go out to everyone.
