I purchased a console for my son's Rival Gotrax electric scooter on the website ecowayscooter.com on 9-16-2024. They took the money (paid for by credit card), but I never received the item. I attempted two times to contact them via email on their website with my name, address, ref. #, and Transaction ID. I did not get any response.
