Applied with e-Workforce Solutions for a Data Entry remote position. Emailed me for an interview stating they would send me q interview questionnaire to fill out instead of a phone call or zoom/teams call. I filled out information and sent it back. Next day I was hired to start December 12 2024. I was told that I will receive a $400 stipend for starting out. Training is 6 days and then I will receive the stipend and continue working for regular pay. Email stated that I will be sent equipment to work on for the company, then stating I will have to pay for taxes for the equipment. That didn't seem right but I continued on. Once my "new" supervisor started texting me I knew that wasn't right. He was describing the position to me, my every day task and I didn't understand that. I asked him to send me an email, call, he said he wanted to do it that way first then email me. The text ended with them saying that they would send me a check to purchase the equipment to work and also asked who I bank with, I said Chime, then I was asked was that a "traditional bank". I immediately said they were FRAUD and the guy text back "How do you mean?' It went from correct English to incorrect English. Please stop these people from tricking good honest people who are truly looking for work for opening these fraud places for work. It really takes a way people moral.
