I paid 500.00 signed a contract & they dumped me. No more communication. They have changed the name now to lilac ragdoll kittens. I have still have been looking for my kitten to adopt & was looking through the kittens. There’s the kitten named Cindy that I bought & she was still the same age. Which I bought her in dec. I to have kept all of our conversations. I also used zelle. I had no idea how this worked.I would like to the woman that this happened to & share our information.

I was looking for a kitten online as my beloved cat passed after 20 years. I came across a website that had Ragdoll kittens (Dynamic Ragdoll kittens) and inquired about it via email. I checked the business name thru BBB and yelp and couldn't find anything detrimental, so after many emails back and forth, I wanted to buy a kitten (LEO). Seller sent a contract that I signed and sent back followed by My partner sending $500.00 to seller then seller stated the kitten would be sent, via airline, within one business day. After several days with absolutely no reply to emails and messages left we found a "scam" and believe it is this company using another name. This company has an Oklahoma City phone number and address but also appears to have a Florida address as I found the same kittens on another site. Not only is he stealing money, he doesn't even have any kittens.

So to sum up, I found a kitten, paid for said kitten, did not receive said kitten. Unfortunately, Zelle can not get back his money (we contacted Zelle) even though its fraudulent, they did say they "would look into it" as this is this guys only method of payment and in my opinion they are aiding in his continued fraud.

I have all correspondence between us, ie contract, emails and money transfer document as well as the the other website with same kittens. There are 4 others who have dealt with this person, (John Lai) 3 of which still have no justice (according to the BBB site). I'm sure there are many more too embarrassed to come forward.
