Email wanting you to enter gaming tournaments for cash prizes but no payouts after wanting a pic of you holding your id and a current utility bill

- White Plains, NY, USA

Duelcash is a skillgaming website. A place where you play daily online video game tournaments for cash prizes. I signed up about a month ago and did well in their tournaments. I made money and naturally withdrew it to my Paypal account. Here is where the problems begin. They asked me to confirm my identity (which is to be expected) before I could receive the money I won. I did as they requested and sent a photo ID and a copy of my utility bill. Then they said they still couldn't give me my money and asked me to take a selfie of me holding my photo ID, which I did. Then they said that wasn't good enough and asked that I take a selfie with my ID while holding up a paper with the name of the website on it. All of this back and forth over 2 weeks. Each time I gave them what they wanted they said it wasn't enough to confirm my identity and refused to give me my withdrawals. Other players are having the same problem as me. None of us are getting our winnings from this site. Mind you their site says they process withdrawals after 5 business days. After not getting any of my withdrawals and not having my withdrawals even listed in my account statement, I contacted them to see what the delay was. I had to ask them why I didn't get it. Only THEN did they say I needed to provide my photo ID. Which I did as requested but then they said that wasn't good enough and needed my utility bill and so on. They keep moving the goal posts so that they won't give me my winnings! The website is screwy too. Many of the links don't work, the website sometimes posts to incorrect final score. When I play a different tournament it eats my entry fee without creating the new tournament listing and not posting my score. Also there is no about page on the company even on their site. No address, no information, no business info either. Just nothing. There is literally NOTHING on the internet about this company! The way I found out about them was they made fake accounts on another skillgaming website to have players there sign up for duelcash. Even that was crazy. They made 100s of fake accounts on the other skillgaming site and sent me (and other players) 100s of friend requests with messages of duecash offers. Very shady in all aspects. It has been 3 weeks now and I still don't have my money and my withdrawals aren't even being listed in my account statement. With the USA being utter garbage at paying people a proper minimum wage of 35-50USD an hour or even a living wage, people need to find other ways to make money. I am really good at video games so I naturally got into skillgaming. Out of the 3 skillgaming sites, duelcash is an obvious scam.
