Got ripped of, too

Thankfully I ordered just 1 bra and never received it. I contacted the company and they told me to connect with the post office. I did, and they cannot confirm that it was ever delivered nor do they have the package. I am out about $30. Wish I'd seen these reviews and checked these scammers out before parting with my money.

We ordered a set of two Christmas, prelit balls on November 14, 2021. They never came, and now the website and email show "not available" Total scam. We paid out $57.99 plus for expedited shipping...no product, no response from the company. Facebook needs to have better accountability for merchants they allow to post on their site.

I too ordered the 3 bras, not close to fitting my size.The ad on face book showed an older woman developed the bra... for older woman. Its opened in the front. Just what I've been looking for. They just sent me a note asking how it fit, when I replied that it didn't , they replied for $15.00 shipping they would send another size.I'm not throwing away any more $$. I've learned my lesson. NOT TO BUY ANYTHING OFF FACEBOOK!

I wish I had done my due diligence before purchasing from Dreamxin. My experience is same as others here. I am out $60 with a product I cannot use or return. I will file with paypal also, but don't expect anything. I am surprised Facebook doesn't do any checking for who is scamming their users.

I ordered 3 styles of bras in my size based on their sizing chart. When the bras arrived, none fit. I requested a refund and a pre paid return label. I received an offer for 39.99 on a 157.99 purchase. I contacted support and then received a 50.00 offer. I made a 3rd request for a refund and return label. They sent a message with a return address to China and said I have to pay for return shipping. The packages were mailed from inside the USA, not China.This is unacceptable. I would not knowingly purchase bras made in China. I will not pay to return them to China when they were mailed in the US. The bras are not as advertised. The sizing chart is wrong and the material is cheap. The ad offers a full refund if not completely satisfied. They failed at every level. I did not appreciate being offered a partial refund with the suggestion that I gift them to friends or family. The only place these are going is back to China at their expense or the trash. I strongly suggest: Do not buy anything from these people. Nothing is as advertised. I will file a complaint with BBB, Facebook, and my cc company. If you had a similar experience, I suggest posting on social media.
I am adding pics of bras and the US shipping address. As you can see, these are more suited for a B/C cup. There is no support and... no, none of them stretch enough to fit a G cup.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! The company is based in CHINA not the USA. The product is not up to par and advertising is misleading. IF you recieve your product you will be stuck with it. The shipping costs more than the purchase to return. I am currently stuck with a purchase of $63.00 that I can not use nor will gift The bras are worst than a $5.00 sports bra. NO SUPPORT!

I share the same fate with others who purchased from this unscrupulous company. The website gives the impression that it's an American company and the products are well-made, and brilliantly conceptualized. The product (no wire bra) is ridiculous looking, ill-fitting, and completely non supportive. I asked to return the product for. refund. Their reply...? Send us more $ and we will send you a smaller size! They suggested this as a remedy for spending much more in shipping fees back to China. I didn't know when I ordered this junk that it was coming from China! I want my money back. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. Facebook needs to vet these sponsoring ads a whole lot more. I'd love to complain to them and need to find out how to do that.

I received an email from them stating the "bras" I ordered were ready to be shipped. i didn't order any bras I ordered 2 motorcycle seat covers. I let them know of the the error and they informed me it was a mistake and rudely asked if I still wanted them I informed them that I wanted my money returned asap. I then cancelled the payment thru my bank and I had my money returned immediately. So buyer beware I seem to be one of the lucky ones I got my money back...thank you Chase Bank

Again, like someone else I had the same experience as other consumers. I purchased from Dreamxin after seeing an ad on social media. I purchased 3 comfort bras from China. Little did I know, these bras arrived and were not what I expected. After several weeks for delivery they finally arrived. They tried to offer me $20 credit, then $30 credit. I was told if I want a full refund to ship them back to China and pay ridiculous shipping fees. I refused to be pulled into that scam and not see my original payment back of $59.

Facebook ad selling wireless bras that are easy to put on for people with disabilities. Product is terrible with zero quality. No support to bras. Spent $60. When I contacted them about a return, they just offered me $20 refund. I refused. Then they offered $30. I refused. Then they tried to make me ship then tracked to China, but they were mailed from Colorado.

I ordered a bra in the size I normally wear and was shown as the correct size on their chart. When it arrived it was not close to the size I ordered...it would barely fit a child not a mature woman. I requested return information and received and sing-song message about sorry blah, blah, blah and offered me 10% refund. This is unacceptable in my opinion as it appears the item advertised and not as provided and I require a full refund. Please make sure this website is not offered on Facebook again to prevent other users from their false advertising.

I started following the supposed CPAP alternative by Airing - a small nasal device that supposedly uses micro air fans to force sufficient air to keep sleep apnea at bay. The images looked like the airing device. Received 2 of them to give them a try. They had a USB charging cord and an off/on switch. I turned the switch to on - nothing. I thought ok they must need charging first. Hooked them up to a USB charger. An internal red LED light started flashing. Came back later expecting a charge. Disconnect charger wire and turn switch to 'on' - nothing. I then inspected closely. Empty. Nothing Zero except a small red LED inside. Kids' McDonald's toys are more complex and costly to make than one of these. Total SCAM. To add insult to injury, they've been sending me emails that I have more items in my 'shopping cart' and I need to complete my order. I have blocked any emails from their domain and think of it as a reminder to NEVER/EVER buy anything advertised on FaceBook. NEVER/EVER buy anything from a company that has an unpronounceable online name or domain. NEVER/EVER buy anything directly from a Chinese marketing company.

I ordered the "Squirrel proof" bird feeders. Took 2 months to receive and they are nothing like described. First, 2 of the 3 were crushed and second, they are just cheap plastic tube feeders. They have offered $25 of my $50 price as a refund and have now told me to return to China at my expense. Seems like Facebook or PayPal would do something.

Same thing happened to me! They showed me the feeder that spun the squirrel off the feeder and sent me the same cheep tube feeder that are valued at $1 each. I ordered two feeders and paid $49.47. They told me they would give me $20 and I could keep the two feeders they sent. I told them the feeders were not worth $1 each so they told me to send the feeders back to China and they would talk about a refund when they got the feeders back in good condition. I’m so mad.
