Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a gift on 11/23/22. No tracking number and no ETA for delivery was provided. On 12/2/22, I asked for tracking number. Got one on 12/7/22 that indicated the gift had been delivered in my mailbox on 11/28/22. Since I did not get it - I contacted USPS and the seller. USPS said the package was not delivered to my address but another and that it was not what I ordered because it was too small and not the right weight. I spent the rest of December and January corresponding with the seller and the USPS and PayPal. In January, I was connected with the Post Master in my community an was provided paperwork that proved the tracking number the seller provided was not for my order. I contacted them again and after multiple emails, on 2/5/23, I received a second, different tracking number. This number indicated a package delivered to a different city in my state. This confirmed my suspicion this was a scam. I called my credit card company connected to my PayPal account and they are in the process of crediting back the charge and working the dispute with PayPal and the seller. Today, I looked online here and see that others have had the same experience. I want this company exposed for their wrongdoings. I will also be contacting the Attorney General in Pennsylvania to pursue this further.
