Dowtown Kittens Kim Kittens Cattery Reports & Reviews (1)

I ordered via email a kitten plus shipping charges via the website downtownkittens.com. I emailed to inquire a kitten to the email address provided and they responded with detailed information about the certain kitten. a few emails were exchanged and they even asked a multiple questions to learn how good we can take care of a pet so I really thought that they were pet loving people, not just doing this for money. It convinced me to adopt a kitten from them and when I told them, they asked to pay via Zelle money transfer. The name and the email was different than the website stated but I didn't question much because it's usually not their primary job. I sent the Total of $1,450 via Zelle to the Stephanie Owino (email: [email protected]).The day that the kitten was supposed to come from Tulsa, Oklahoma to LAX where I am, I was given with the tracking number and delivery website. https://parcelworldwideexpress.com/ However, I got a call and email at 3:59M PST from the "delivery company" that the kitten is on hold in Arizona due to needing anti-pressure vaccine, new crate and new insurance and asking $1600 but it would be all refundable once the kitten is delivered. At this point, I got to question and contacted the seller via email and the I copied and pasted what they sent me and he said I should pay because they said it will be refunded.. I called the delivery company where it stated on the website and the email they sent me. The guy had an African accent and sounded like who I was already and asked to pay. I told him I wouldn't be feeling comfortable paying $1600 especially it has to be via paypal or Zelle. There was no credit card option. He became rude and hostile. He later declined my request for a refund, and even tried to scam me a further $500. I have also called my bank and they cannot reverse the charge because I "authorized" the Zelle transaction. They are the same group of criminals that previously scammed using the site Munchkin Kitten Ranch.
