The same thing happened to me. I ordered a silicon doll. They delivered an ugly doll with a hard body that I could have bought from the Dollar General. I have not been able to get in touch with the company at all.

SCAM website! Paid $50 for a 3 in rubber ugly [censored] doll! Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! YOU CANT EVEN CONTACT ANYONE ALL YOU GET IS FAKE AS EMAILS! WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR A UGLY 3 IN BABY SUPPOSE TO BE A REAL LIFE! Now they said we cant give you a refund! Literally spend 3 months waiting for this? Wow i cant believe they are still letting people get scammed this is ridiculous! I will never buy anything again online. Never ever have I delt with a faulty company like this! I advise everyone to be cautious on buying from any company's online. I'm so upset this was suppose to be a birthday present and my granddaughter waited and waited 3 months to only get a ugly tiny baby. I can buy better baby's at dollar tree! So disappointed!

Me too. I actually brought two different dolls and got the same ugly ones. I just called Discover card and they are giving me credit. Also each time I e-mailed them they would offer me 5% discount to keep. Call your credit card.

Saw advertisement for Real Lifelike Baby Doll with silicone skin, on Facebook. Went to the website, and ordered 2 dolls at 17 inches long, received a 7 inch generic doll. Ordered 21 inch baby monkey, received a 9 inch, non pose-able, hard as a rock. Was supposed to be lifelike. This is not what they advertised in any way. Didn't see reviews until after dolls arrived saying that some didn't receive or they are getting the wrong items, just like I did. They tried to get a hold of the company, as I did, but reported no response.
