I have tried to cancel my subscription giving them all my email addresses and I just keep getting a bot on the help section of the Docketbird Website that keeps telling me I don't have an account but each month a charge keeps showing up on my credit card.
I issued a dispute with my credit card company and they are telling me I need to close my credit card account and get a new number because of this.
No one ever answers their phone and the Bot is a joke.
Do NOT do business with this company.

Docketbird is a company that takes people’s public records and puts it on the internet for the world to see. For an insane rate of $59.99 they will “take it down.” I just received another email today (06102020) regarding a sale of 25% off. Bribery and extortion is illegal. This company is unethical and does not follow the BBB’s practices. They should be terminated immediately and anyone who has actually paid them should be reimbursed fully. Docketbird has caused pain and suffering which is unconstitutional. Please do the right thing. Thanks.
