I ordered 2 sets from diva new look ad when I say that mess was trash... it was low quality trashhhh! I don't know what kind of material that [censored] was! Do not order from them. They're copying looks from real boutiques and using them as their own. It took over a month for me to get my package and they give fake tracking numbers. SCAM BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered from their site and I got 3/4 items.
They have black woken sell the clothes but the site is China driven. When I tried to return the clothes, you can only return to China and I was quoted $220 to return 3 items from UPS. They offered to refund fund me shipping ( insert laugh here) then they offered to refund my purchase. That was a month ago. When I continued to press, they said we refunded the wrong person. Then they went dark.

I never received my package, I spent over $100 and when I contacted the company they said it was nothing they could do SMH. At troubling times like these I can’t afford to just throw $100 away. It seem as though you would support those that support you but I guess I’m wrong. You guys be careful of the sites you order from because some companies are just out for your money.

I wouldn’t give not 1 star if it was possible took almost 2 months to receive order, they gave a fake tracking number when asked for a refund from a previous shipped separate item that was purchased with the order. Item came in the wrong size other item never showed just emailed them to prove it purchased July 17th didn’t ship tile August 23 just now receiving some items 3 days ago September 9 still having issues spent $1000 3 separate purchases first 2 orders fine 3 weeks to receive other than the material that sucks 3 order was over $250 had an outing & events no longer needed the items after almost 2 darn months soon as I asked for a refund it’s somehow shipped but gave the tracking order of a purchase received
DO NOT ORDER YOULL BE PISSED they’ll prolong with their fake empathy just go to the bank & dispute it you’ve been warned

I ordered this jumper for my birthday, got a lot of compliment. It fits great, good quality. Just shipping takes about 2 weeks to delivery which makes me crazy. I hope this company can improve the shipping time. I will order again, hope next time the shipping time won't take long

I writing a review in hopes that people read this before ordering from this website ..I tried to place a order with diva new look website and I used my cashapp card and cashapp declined the purchased I looked into it and turns out that it is a utility company so cashapp declined it for suspicious activity... this company is marketing clothing but using a utility account for transaction.. I’m so glad the purchase was declined or I would have been out of 60$ and would have been pissed

I placed a order in July and got an order number and was told that my items were on the way but I never got them and I tried to contact them through the only means of contact, email. The order was placed under Shun Melson’s image and I thought that’s originally who I placed the order with but after I contacted Shun Melson and they said they had no order for me I began researching and discovered it was Divanewlook and I recently ordered a dress but didn’t realize that this was the same company that I ordered the previous two items.

I ordered a jacket Divanewlook (aka Diva New Look) on 8/4/2020, they receive my payment 8/5/2020. I was told it would be 8-10 days before I would receive my order, today is 8/24/2020 and NOTHING! They only give me fake tracking numbers that go nowhere and/or fake looking emails saying "your parcel is on the way now" and again NOTHING! I will never, ever order from them and I will not let any of my friends order from them either (plus I told my co-worker to order) and she never got hers either! WHAT A EMBASSARMENT TO ME, ugh! I want my money back! Now they want to blame Covid-19...really? Very disappointed

I ordered a dress on June 25th, I still have not received my item. I sent a nasty email and all of a sudden my item was shipped. Then I get another notification stating my item was miss shipped in Perris ca. This company is a fraud, scam. I’m going to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.

LISTEN! I ordered two dresses from this company and they were sent to Louisiana. I live in Illinois. My confirmation email has my correct address. I emailed their customer support and they told me to call my local post office Bc my package was delivered yesterday and Pretty much told me good luck. But my local post office is in Illinois, what can they do about a package that this company sent to Louisiana? So I bought the package, they lost it and now I gotta hunt it down? MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE! I’ve never had a less effective experience with customer support.

I don't have items and what they sent me shows it has been shipped then they send out a invoice saying the label has been created... On May 12, 2020, I made a purchase from divanewlook. As with the previous reviews, I received a fake tracking number as well as the runaround from the company themselves. As of May 29, I still haven’t received my order and I just feel so stupid. I will be calling my bank later to see if I can get the charges reverse.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!I just called my back this morning and had the charges reversed. I've been waiting on a dress since 05/26/20 and it's been sitting at the same location for over 30 days. They must have a way of changing the shipping info on there end because the package was moving from place to place. Came to Los Angeles and went back to Bloomington ca. I'm in Los Angeles so why wasn't the package delivered. SENT SEVERAL EMAIL AND KEPT RECEIVING THE SAME TRACKING INFORMATION.

I Place an order around 5/8/20 and have not received my merchandise even though the tracking info they provided it says delivered .. I still have no received it ! I have opened a case with PayPal requesting a refund .. I found the video they are using on Facebook to advertise their clothing that woman has her own online boutique .. I purchased a product from them on Or about 5/8/20. On 5/28/20 I tracked my order and it said it was being shipped and today 6/26/20 it’s giving the same shipping information as it did on 5/28/20.

I emails them on yesterday for a refund they emailed me back saying I could not get a refund cause my order had been shipped along with the tracking information.

They sent me the same tracking information I had which showed my order was at the same place since 5/28/20.

I want my money back. I read reviews and they have done this to a lot of people. They are getting people money and not sending the product or sending them cheap product.
