STAY AWAY! - ITEM NOT RECEIVED - BAD QUALITY ON THE ONES THAT DID COME!

I ordered 3 items. 2 arrived after 30 days and the 3rd has never arrived. When I read the refund policy, I noticed the policy states "CHINA". I new then, this would be a problem to return any of the items which do not look like the pictures that the model wore on Tik Tok. Bottom line: I was scammed. This is why no matter how cute the stuff looks, you must order from companies who are well established.

Items are not as advertised

Ordered 2 dresses and neither one of the them was as advertised. The dresses were poor quality and was not the same style as seen in the videos. Do not purchase anything from this company.

This company is a scam! I ordered a bra in one size and received a size not even close to the size I ordered. when I reached out to the company im instructed to send the item back to China when It was sent to me from NJ. I filed a complaint with BBB and the company has a address with BBB in Florida. THis company should not be allowed to do Business in the United States AT ALL!

Do not order from these people! They play with people’s money. How can you advertise something and then ship customers the opposite of what they thought they were getting? Cheaply used fabrics and the designs aren’t even the same. These complaints below are ACCURATE. Don’t fall for it please. They won’t even refund you your money back.

I normally wear a 40D bra and ordered a 42 DD since my bra was a little snug. I loved the look of it on line. When I finally received the new bra it was a 36 B cup. When I inquired about a return, I was informed I have to pay for shipping back to China when it was shipped from within the USA. Had I known I was not dealing with a US company I would have never purchased it. Then my account was deleted, cannot find your email address. Its funny you emailed me a confirmation order #.

They told me to pay to return the item and they will give me $5 or pay $18 for them to send the item I actually ordered. Deplorable!

I cannot wear the dresses on how poorly they where maid. To return will take the entire summer since it took 6 weeks to receive. I sent them an email. Their response is below with pictures. I ordered 2 shapewear from them earlier this year . It was not the same item . I emailed them. Their response was that this was an updated item and better . I responded that the one on the website fabric looked way better and the one they sent was flimsy and I ordered what was on their site not what they sent . Needless to say, I ordered through PayPal and they were able to get my money back because theses people had no intentions of refunding my money .

I've recently purchased an Item from this company named DIVANEWLOOK, can be found at Divanewlook.com. I read the reviews they had on their website, and the advertisement seemed truly legit. I made my purchase, and it took over two weeks to receive the item, which I was okay with since COVID has had a major impact on deliveries. But when I received my Item, It was COMPLETELY different from what was actually advertised. The model states she was wearing a Large, when she obviously looked like she was a 2-3x. I bought the purchase using the sizing guidelines posted on the website as well. Taking my own measurements, and comparing it to the guidelines made me feel confident in my purchase. It was a total of $38.99 USD. After I made my decision to contact customer care, I was told that they would assist me with send me a better fitting size, and that I could keep the first item for "my friend,'' but I would need to pay an additional $18.99. And knowing they have my bank card information worries me the most. I did my research and found REAL reviews on this company. Everyone in the comments were saying the exact same thing. They were misled by these false advertisements. This is such a disappointment, and I need to expose them, and try to get my full refund. Hopefully ScamPulse.com can assist me in handling these matters.

I ordered 3 dresses from this company totaling over $100. Upon arrival I noticed that the dresses were not the correct size or material from what was shown on the website. Sent a email explaining how the dresses need to be returned and I was told they needed to be shipped to China but the fee is too great and if I would accept $5 increases equaling up to $20. The website is perceived to be a boutique style set up here in the states and that couldn't be further from the truth.

I ordered an outfit that took over a month. I emailed them several times and was told they would give me $ 5 if when I recieve the order I dont return it. I finally got the order and it was terrible. I once again emailed the company and they offered me $7 for me not to return the item. I was told I had to pay for the shipping back to China the amount was 3 times the amount of the outfit. I have contacted a lawyer.

This company is the absolute worst and the merchandise you receive is cheap, flimsy & looks nothing like the pictures they advertise! Then, when you contact them about returning your order, as said before, they tell you to ship it back to their factory in China or they offer some insignificant amount of money and tell to give the stuff you don’t want to a friend ...
