I was contacted via email by DingDingDing Casino with an offer to gamble, I play all day gambling upon winning $180.00 and making a claim for redemtion, 48 hrs went by, 1 week went by, 2 weeks went by. I made several attemps to contact the merchant when I received a notice stating that because I lived in New York it was illegal for me to gamble at their casino online and then proceeded to block my phone number, emails, and even the online casino itself. I gambled over $300.00 on my bank debit card, from March 17th - March 22nd, Capital One Bank refunded me $31. from March 18th - March 22nd, I am currently fighting my bank to refund the $285.00 on the March 17th as this is fraud. I am in demand of refund payment from Capital One.
