I dealt with Ronald Rose in regards to selling my membership and i did receive my funds. I was selling my membership with Unlimited Vacation Club and Ronald was able to assist me in every step of the way.

Contacted by Ronald Rose for Diamond Elite Realty Corp. representing a buyer for my timeshare property in Mexico, he stated that the buyers would deposit the funds into an escrow account in Mexico to dispersed at the time of closing, he sent sales documents, application to set up the escrow account, etc. However, shortly thereafter he stated making requests for additional payments for Mexican tax identification number, Captial gains fees, Custom Clearence fees, etc. which I paid and the buyers was supposed to deposit like funds into the escrow account for reimbursement

When I received the fourth request for monies form the bank for an internal audit fee, I forwarded all of the documents I had received to a Mexican law firm, and they advised that all of the documents were fake and entire process was a fraud.

I immediately requested a return of the money I had paid into the escrow account and have not gotten a response from any of the parties involved.
