This company offers a trial skincare cream for the cost of $4.95 shipping and handling. Then they charge you the "full price" of $94.46 after 14 days and enroll you in a monthly subscription for the product without authorization. They don't disclose the "terms" anywhere on the website except at the bottom of a long list in a hyperlinked "terms & conditions." The email invoices do not include these details and no information is ever given about how to cancel the "membership" before you are charged.

After repeated attempts to contact the company and being on hold for hours, we talked to a customer service agent who said they could refund 30% of the charge. They eventually said they could refund 50% of the charge and cancel the subscription because they talked to a supervisor and used a special coupon code for us.
