Contacted by John Ahrens of EMPIRE CITY BROKERAGE LLC of NY stating that they have a Chinese Buyer wanting to buy 189 units. Offered more than 3 times the purchase price, pay off the loan I have with the resort and refund my amount paid for a Mexican Tax ID. Contacted by George Bailey and documents sent to me via email, showing funds in a TRUST ACCOUNT IN MY NAME at CITIBANAMEX.
Now contacted by Managing Partner, VINCENT AQUINO threatening me that canceling the contract would have me going to Phoenix and Mexico to face the Mexican Government asking me why I cancelled the contract and that I owed them the CAPITAL GAINS TAX
