The PDF has the Delta Finance logo and address at the top of each page and the "terms" of the loan. They make it seem like the loan is already signed and due to be paid.
I exchanged emails with them, first asking them what this about, and then stating clearly that I did not request any loan, nor had I signed any paperwork. I asked them to call me back to verify that they had the right email address or a fraud issue. No one called me back, so I called them. The first time I called no one answered. The second time I called, I got someone who sounded like they had an Asian accent. I asked for Steve McKenzie. I was put on mute for about 2 minutes and then the same guy came back on claiming to be Steve McKenzie. He "looked up my file", noted that I had sent them email, said i would not be called again, and then hung up on me.
