I tried to buy a coffee maker and before I send in the money through Zelle I asked how much is it and how much is the shipping. They said it’s $35.00 plus $5.00 shipping. So I through Zelle I send $40.00 dollars. After they received $40.00 dollars told me there is a $20.00 charge for confirmation number. I said you didn’t mention that to me before so cancel my order and send my money back. It’s been almost 3 weeks they keep playing me around. They keep excusing that Zelle is having a problem so I told them send it to PayPal. Then when I gave them my PayPal information they keep asking me what code did I receive then I realized that they were trying to change my password and didn’t give them any code. They keep forcing me by saying it’s for the refund but I denied them. Also they keep telling me download trust app which I don’t use and keep forcing me. Also I have all txt msg to prove it
