This is the second time I've received a notice in the mail to pay a toll violation which is fraudulent. A few months back I received the documentation in the mail claiming I ran a toll. I've never been in the state of Delaware and called the number. I was on hold for about an hour. A woman got on the line and after some discussion told me it was a mistake and it appeared they entered the wrong tag number. First of all how did they get my personally identifiable information all the way up via Delaware department of transportation?? So here we are now 3 months later and I received another notice claiming it is a final notice. I will be making a police report and reporting this to the Delaware department of motor vehicles, department of transportation, etc.
