Scanner continues to call my senior mother claiming she has a balance for $890 for pills ordered back in 2014. Mom says she never received said pills scammer says she must pay $980. I called with mom on 3 way and scammer says according to law she can not speak with me only my mother. Scammer refuses to provide company name or address and says she is the owner and only speaks Spanish. She continues to call my mother harassing saying she is taking her to court and that now she must pay her $4000. She threatened in a voicemail that they are going to take my disabled fathers (who is currently admitted in the hospital) his social security benefits. I called scammer and told her I am about to get an attorney for harassment she continues to refuse to give me address or legal name of company just says it’s department of dispatch and the says department of “envio” which means send in English. My mother called me telling me she’s scared and that this is affecting her severely as my father is hospitalized and this person just continues to call and harass for money for supposed pills purchased over the phone 9 years ago.
