March 1, 2017: Sent inquiry to DatabaseUSA and received a call from Jesse Dillon who worked with me in answering all our questions regarding the purchase of e-mails in the Healthcare Industry (specifically Practice Administrators / Office Managers, etc)
March 2, 2017 - E-Mail Purchase Agreement for $1500.00 (Paid with Discover)
AZ - Arizona: 3,267
CA - California: 9,302
CO- Colorado: 3,190
NM- New Mexico: 931
NV - Nevada: 1,071
Total E-Mails: 17,761
March 3, 2017 - Received the e-mail list
Researched GoDaddy & Set-up process with AIHC staff on how to send permission letters to the purchased e-mails
March 3 - 10, 2017: Receive a daily hard bounce rate (undeliverable or return) of 49 - 51%
March 7, 2017 - Called Jesse Dillon and left a message
March 9, 2017 - Called Jesse Dillon and left a message
F/U with e-mail

March 14, 2017 - Sent e-mail to Jesse Dillon with a "sample" of documentation and requested a return phone call by 4:30 EST. No Response
