Buenas trades, Hice una compra a principios del mes de mayo y es la fecha que no tengo respuesta, mande 2 correos y sigo sin tener respuesta. Alguien sabe como contactarlos para poder recuperar mi dinero, les agradeceria su apoyo. Gracias

I ordered a cri-cut from joy machine.shop and I paid $84.99. I ordered it on May 6 and it said it takes about 7 business days for me to get my tracking information but it’s May 16 and I haven’t got any tracking number information and I tried logging back in to the shop, it won’t even let me log back in anymore and I tried doing forget password but it said my email doesn’t even exist. Merchant name is PayPal Dallasgal and I looked at my PayPal account but there was no transaction but my credit account has the transaction of $84.99. I just want my money back.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I searched google for a specific item to purchase. It said it was on greatrace.com, but refreshed to Doorgoc.com. I was required to pay with paypal. I went to paypal and made the charge, went back to Doorgoc.com and no past or current transactions were found from me.

I received no emails, no contact information or anything. Even the website has no contact information other than a non-existent yahoo email address.

Paypal will not reverse the charges so AMEX is going to investigate
