I ordered this company's 7-Day Tag & Spot Eraser, and was sure to NOT click on the subscription option. I have tried this product for over a month, using it as prescribed, and it does nothing! Then suddenly, yesterday, a brand new order showed up in my mail box. I did NOT order this second round of worthless medication! There is NO contact information on the box or packaging, nor on the applicator pen inside. Distributed by Hong Kong Cyravis Technology Limited, Address: Flat 2304, 23/F Ho King Com Centre, 2-16 FA YUEN Street, MONG KCK, HONG KONG. The only other identification on the package is a bar code, with the number SKU 00039331, if that has any meaning. The packaging says that it was manufactured on 07/23-2026 Expiration date 07/22/2029 Batch Number 20260701-01. I just want to figure out how to stop this subscription, if you can advise me on that please.
