I ordered 3 jewelry box floor stands with mirror doors and it cost me $34.34 because it advertised as buy 1 get 2 free. After more than a month in waiting I decided to put a claim with PayPal and the very next day I received in my mailbox a single green towel in a plastic bag. Now they claim my item was delivered. I’m still waiting for PayPal to solve this. Do not buy from this company it’s a SCAM.

I ordered a self cleaning litter box and I just got my package and it is a tooth brush...not the litter box I can provide everything...the litter box was supposed white,cube shape, buttons in the corner... it cleaned itself... and it cost me $36.98 that is with tax...I got a pink tooth brush that is battery operated

J'ai commandé une station d'accueil pour 30,08 euro payer et débité via PayPal avec le n° de reçu 2392-4971-8441-7194 cela la depuis le 18 Fev 2021. Je crois que je ne verrai jamais mon colis. À vérifier aussi il y a une autre société qui propose le même article ( https://bit.ly/3m8uq2Y ) peut-on leur faire confiance ?

The most horrible and they lie and take your money and lie again saying whatever you ordered was delivered a week ago! No order has come! It never will! Don't trust pay pal! They will rip you off!

It’s not PayPal that you shouldn’t trust and they will not be the ones that rip you off it’s the company you actually bought the item from. They’re misleading you by using the email address cydpaypalserviceteam. I know this because I have a dispute with this company through PayPal and they couldn’t be nicer.

There was no address or phone number. Attemted contact online, webpage did not exist. It also said i paid them thru paypal which i Do NOT have or use.

Sorry to hear that but if you did have PayPal and pay thru them you would have a chance of a refund. Can I just suggest you get PayPal, it doesn’t cost you anything to have it and gives you that little bit more security when shopping online. I found that out the hard way when I bought an item at the cost of £125 and when it didn’t arrive I tried to contact the company but just kept getting blanked. I’ve never bought anything again unless you can pay thru PayPal. Most companies accept PayPal.
