The call came from CVS Caremark at 833-289-1205 as an automated call stating that my sister's prescription was ready, asked to identify her name by stating her name and asking for verbal confirmation, then asked for her birth date. When I called back, they requested a seven-digit number. This appears to be a scam for identity/insurance (my sister is on Medicaid), possibly involving voice recognition.

My wife received a letter that looked like it was from CVS/Caremark which is where we get our prescriptions through the mail. I called caremark to verify and they said would pass it along to the management. Caremark is not reaching out to their existing customers to update their information.

Consumer called explaining that she received a call from CVS Caremark stating that she has an overdue prescription. Was asked to call back thee toll number 877-766-9481, ext 9686984
