LIKE MOST PEOPLE WHO FILED THIS COMPLAINT SAME ISSUE WITH Curaiy.com, DON'T RETURN CALLS, DOES NOT RESPOND EMAIL, DID NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE MY CC, BOUGHT ****** PRODUCT FROM THEM ONCE A FEW MONTHS LATER I NOTICED A CHARGE FROM THEM AGAIN FOR $102, I EMAILED THEM AT [email protected] 20 TIMES NO RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST FOR A CONTACT, REFUND AND DID NOT GET ANY ITEMS UNTIL TWO WEEKS AFTER NOT SURE WHY WHEN I DID NOT ORDER IT, REQUEST FOR LABEL TO SEND BACK STILL NOT RESPONSE THE ADDRESS ON THE SHIPPING LABEL IS SOME ASIAN NAME (YUANLI, 900 CARLOW DR, BOLINGBROOK, IL 60490 SHOWS A WAREHOUSE ON GOOGLE ***** SCAMMERS, ****** PRODUCT AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I made an initial order from Curaiy.com but one get two. I received only one. Less than a month later I received an unauthorized charge for two more which I was unable to cancel and there was no way to contact. All numbers I was able to track down were fake. I emailed [email protected] multiple times and no response. I had to file a claim with my bank and cancel my card.

I saw an ad for women's shilajit honey supplement that helps with hormonal balance on Instagram. There was a promo advertising buy 1, get 2 free. I clicked the link and it took me to the app called Shop, where the order and tracking can be seen. The transaction was finalized and i received an email from [email protected] with tracking info. I lost $80.36 in total. Tracking then showed updates involving customs and delivery to a local carrier. The item was never delivered to me and tracking never shows a final delivery to me. I sent them SEVERAL emails to [email protected] requesting cancelation and refunds, however neither was processed. Instead, i received an email suggesting a different link to track my order, that link said my order did not exist. Now they have charged my account for a 2nd order as part of an uncancelled subscription. Avoid this company. They are a scam and dont use the name Curaiy.com on the initial Instagram ad.

I have sent multiple emails to [email protected] requesting cancellation, but they keep billing my account for $180 and sending product every month. I did not agree to any subscription...
